I just lol'd thinkin about the "god-draw" combo with glint hawks and saying that some decks doesn't have an answer to it. With this new "keg", then that combo with be tad useless

i know this card seems good but historicly things that didnt do anything(and yes,killing an opposing dude counts as something) by themselves didnt do too well.

This card is definitely not one of those "hype" cards and "1-hit wonder" cards. Good thing it was printed on a "rare" slot instead of "Mythic" or we got another $15~25++ price tag.

How is the Dragonlord bad? You get a 2/2 that stays relevant until 4th turn, when you can make him a 4/4 flier. You're telling me you don't want a 4/4 flier on turn 4? Or an 8/8 Flying/Trampler on turn 5? Come on this card is insane. He becomes a must remove as soon as he hits the battlefield. Will definitely pre-buy these.
Honestly? You won't do/cast anything until turn 5 just to make it an 8/8 trampler? If that is your "goal" then so be it And why would I waste a removal early as soon as he enters the battlefield? Of course I would wait for you to "level-up" and after tapping out before I path/lb it so that I can timewalk thanks to dragonlord
The Dragonlord is really horrible. The only advantage the Dragonlord has over FOD is that it can be played in type 2 soon. If they added the ability - haste, it may see some play. Of course, I understand that people needs to hype this creature up
have there been any equipment with Flash yet? I can't think of any. that would be a nice idea. Or some more equipment that could be equipped as instants instead of as sorcery.

Treasure Hunt is insane.
Think about it this way: At -worst- it 'cycles' for two mana. At best it draws 4-5 cards (which it did twice this evening).
I played with 4x Halimar Depths, 4x Jace the Mind Sculptor and 4x Treasure Hunt and let me tell you it wasn't anywhere close to fair. Setting up incredible Treasure Hunts with Jace's Brainstorm ability is the nuts.
I believe you haven't even tried playing with it at this point, because you make arguments that echo those who haven't done so either.
Feel free to see how many Treasure Hunts will show up in San Diego, because I assure you it will be many. Good card is good.
Let's not even get started with Legacy, where Treasure Hunt has --by itself-- tripled the price of Scroll Rack.

I couldn't agree more. Tested it myself on a u/r pyromancer's ascension deck with halimar depths and Jace. Sick card-drawing engine. Really a sleeper 'power-wise' if you ask me.
its not broken but definitely a powerhouse. Uncounterable counterspell is always good especially for a land. I don't think they would print it that way.
Way better than any set coming from the Kamigawa block at the least Its not bad in my opinion, but its not that good either, some what decent but definitely not boring especially on pre release.
Now, on topic.. the zombie giant guy seems to be a good limited card and may find slots on casual unearth decks. I give it a B for efficiency and B+ for design.
