I think a lot of people here are not considering the local culture when commenting on this thread. The OP is from Australia, this is a country where most people go to bars after work, bars are places for more settled people where those looking for a hook up and fast action frequent clubs and lounges more often. Bars are for people to sit around, drink, meet people and enjoy a nice night.
And online dating isnt as prominent as other countries. So bars are the best way to go
Ummm, if you are in australia, going to the Uni bar at lunch time with a few friends that look like fun generally attracts people who want to share the booth with you. This allows you to meet new people and sometimes you get a good conversation and find someone who you like.
Ummm PAX AUS will be filled with girls who are nerds and that might be another way for you to find someone. but thats very different atmosphere.
I go to university in Australia. I have met lots of people but most of them I get along with but don't form good friendships that last more than a few months.
I usually have many friends but in the last few weeks I have been getting bored of them and are looking for people to hang out with as well as hopefully finding a girl to get into a relationship with.

Im patching now as someone who mains jungler and support. This new mastery tree and the patch in general seem to make me have to relearn a lot of stuff.
I will be buying 100 tickets everytime cube comes online cause I seem to go through infinite drafts everytime it comes out. I dont care about prizes but I love the QPs a lot from them as it makes grinding a lot easier and cost effective
I have been using it in UB zombies as it is good with multiple lords and bloodthrone as it can gain life and draw 3+ cards which can just lets you get more card advantage and this allows you to grind out the long game.
Its fine. I have done on a bus to university nearly every day. And granted the connection isnt perfect and my netbook is **** I can still play mtgo queues and drafts on the bus. and when you are stationary location then it gets better than a varying signal
I have played with curio in the old extended version of this deck made popular by gavin verhey. The curios are insane and I think in some versions of this deck it can be used well but it isnt in others. I also disagree with the inclusion of lead the stampede because this is a combo deck not a midrange deck and such it is supposed to be fast and not durdling around playing card draw like lead.
