There's nothing whatsoever from Hasbro from re-printing these sets at whim for other special occasions/Christmas sales/etc.
It's far more likely that a re-print occurs and the "only X thousand" gets smashed and speculators lose everything.
Hasbro sees the demand of the product, had people writing in with "angry letters" on how they couldn't get any. The cards aren't on any sort of reserve list; we will be seeing them again in the near future.
Hasbro has done SDCC exclusives in the past and I can't find anything about them making more of them, so what basis is there that they would do it with Magic cards?

While not a central piece of any top deck, Humility has a very profound effect on the game. As soon as it’s on the board, every creature is a 1/1 with no ability, including commanders. This nullifies a variety of creature-based and commander-based strategies, and makes the game quite unfun for the unprepared player. Moreover, it prevents the vast majority of commanders from functioning, which breaks the spirit of Commander somewhat. It forces players to run specialized cards (Disenchant, Nature’s Claim) to answer it, as it gets around more versatile enchantment removal like Qasali Pridemage or Acidic Slime. Aggressive decks are wrecked by Humility since they either lose to it, or run answers and thus dilute their primary game plan. For these reasons, and since it has influence on decks even when it’s not played a lot, we are banning Humility.

That is pretty much the worst reasoning possible to ban Humility, what is written about it could be applied to any good enchantment/artifact (except the Slime/Pridemage part). It just seems like the committee wants to ban all the best control cards from the format.
Andrey Yanyuk (Reynad) top 8'd a few PTQs with it over the past few weeks, including winning one. The Wish is pretty powerful, but the current price hike is mostly speculators off of the SCG article or this would have happened 2/3 weeks ago.
If the guy in round 5 is going to play Maelstrom Wanderer, he should really try and learn how the cascading on it works (specifically referencing game 1 when he cascades into Noxious Revival and then continues to cascade without resolving the Revival first).
idk guys, I think it's really disgusting all of the buying up, and hording, and over pricing that is going on right now, I tried to get them in trades, that day when the legit price was still $10 each. And I told just about every crazy person that there was no way I was paying them $50 each based on speculation. So, I'll be waiting 3 months for the price to crash back to what it was, and just sorting through piles of cards to see if I have any laying around to use. It's only a uncommon!
Yes you did misunderstand. I don't care about personal tutor at all, I really don't even want them. There are a endless number of other decks I can make that don't include it, as I don't even play legacy at all. I however was complaining about the mass price gouging, and yes there is a such thing as a legitimate price and then there is the nutball price. Which seems every card that suddenly become desirable goes to. Magic was a better, easier game, pre -internet. Pre-mythic rares. I was saying how horrible it is that every is just out to screw everyone these days. I can't even do a trade anymore without the other guy pulling out his cell phone to price check. And then when he does I have to ask to see his phone and i have to look at the price graph underneath and what site he is using......and yada yada yada, 8/10 times even with cell phone pricing I've caught people editing numbers, bringing up fake prices, prices that are only crazily in their favor........and it just goes on and on. Just give me a freaking Scry magazine and be done with it. Next one comes out in a month, no changes. I hope most of these people text while trading and get hit by cars.............it's sucking the life out of magic for me.

Also, there was no time that "the legit price" was $10 and people wanted $50 for them. There was "pre-Temporal Mastery" of $10 and "post-Temporal Mastery" of $25 and rising. No person on Earth was asking $50 before the spoiling of Mastery.
there's a lot of people seeming to think that its a dead cert these will be printed in planechase, or maybe any new commander decks later. has there been any hint of this or is it just wild speculation. I've been picking up shocks for a bit now on ebay, but i dont know whether to commit really. seems odd to speculate that wildly.

Careless Study is an incredibly powerful and heavily played card. How can Wizards improve it, move it to a colour that shouldn't get it, and call it fair? Let me guess, it's not a common anymore? More proof that rarity DOES allow a card to be more powerful.
