but srsly myrs cute, and purple will never exsist in magic.
I'm pretty sure the purple represents Black. I remember reading an article once about how they use different colored lights to represent the colors of mana, and purple was the closest thing to black light they could get.
I do have the original box, but I don't have the receipt because I bought it online and it was mailed to me. The package was recycled already (I live in a college dorm and I but the shipping package in the hall recycling bin before I opened the Intro Packs)
So I ordered two copies of the UR metal craft deck online, and when I got them, everything was factory sealed and normal. When I opened my first one, I looked under the foil Argent Sphinx and there where white cards. They packed the mono white myr deck instead of the UR metal craft deck. I'm a little pissed off since I wanted four memnite/riddlesmith/trinket mage, but I guess it's alright.
Sealed swiss is 9-4-1, so it pays out better than a draft swiss would. Also, a sealed daily event pays out only 3 packs if you win twice, although more than swiss if you win the whole thing.
I was just wondering why I never see anybody in the sealed swiss room. I like sealed, but sometimes I can't do a daily event so it would be nice to be able to do some swiss sealed. I'm not sure why there is never anybody there. Too busy drafting I guess.
I noticed that too. I guess we may be in store for a nice little surprise.

I actually got a 10th edition box just like this a few years back. At the launch party, it was a random drawing prize. I haven't seen anything like it since though.
I would play this in a burn deck at the top of the curve. By turn five, it could very well kill the opponent by it's self. Still worse than ball lightning and blistering firecat, but oh well. We can't play those in standard.

Also.....soooo cute. myr
I suppose I can call them and hope for the best.
Has this happened to anyone else?

Activated abilities ftw
It's really too bad, but it makes sense. I doubt that they would make a land that produces two mana with no real drawback less than rare.
There seems to be a lot of creature-only burn in this set.
Granted, it isn't amazing, but I like it.
The angel could be either very good, or only ok because of the legend thing.
