by the way only damage dealt controlled by an opponent can be redirected to a planeswalker you control. Too tired too look up the exact rule now but I know this to be true(played planeswalkers.dec for a while)

hey guys. I'm completely new to kithken and have a few qs.

Firstly I've read through the thread and have come to the conclusion that it seems that the only bad matchup is tokens?

Secondly I can only get hold of 3 figures(not a money problem just supply) is that extremely bad and should just forget about playing this deck or will it be fine?

Thirdly faeries... Is this a bad deck for a meta infested with fae or do we have a good mathup against fae?

    Thanks for the help guys

I'm actually extremely confused by this and have tried working it out but to no avail so I really need the help.

If I cast warp world then everything gets shuffled into the libraries and then revealed and put into play. Now i understand all of this but its after ww resolves that i get confused

So everything is put into play at the same time in the orders on card but what happens to the triggers? Which player's triggers go on the stack first and which player's resolves first?

If someone could explain the following scenario for me pls:

I play ww. shuffle and reveal. Now I reveal 2 murderous redcaps etc and my opponent reveals 1 redcap etc. Does my triggers resolve first to kill his redcap so he can't deal damage or is it the other way around?

Sorry that this is so longwinded but really need to understand this for nationals this weekend. Also if the new rules would change this pls explain that to me as well.

    Thanks in advance

That makes sense but i still dont see how you decide whos citp triggers resolve first, would it just be you because of priority?

I also have a problem understanding this seeing as to me it makes sense that because you are the active player your triggers would stack first meaning theirs would resolve first but I'm probably wrong

Don't think you can replace sgc as it's the card which gives you the real edge in warping. also what if you don't have a creature to devour? Then it's just a dead card until you get one seeing as it kills itself if you can't sac something to it.

Another question: why isn't bitterblossom run in this deck? it gives you a lot of perms and helps stall against aggro. Is it because the life loss is to much to handle?

I would like to see caldera Hellion in this deck...at least on the SB, mainly for those that run Farhaven Elf, Elvish Visionary to clear the opponents board and keep a 4/4 at least.

    What you think?

That doesn't make a lot of sense seeing all your creatures would die as well(gob tokens, sgc, bbe, mc, kf) or you would sac them all and that isn't really the point seeing as you want to get to as many perm as possible

Hey guys. I've been testing a bit with my version and thought i would post it:

Ok... with my version I'm trying to go for multiple ww in a turn and kill that turn of redcaps and SGC. Therefore running 3 nucklavee and keeper over farhaven as i saw that the cipt hinders me from casting ww again. Also this is a pre m10 list so no hellkite because i want to play this for nationals and mine is this weekend.

Still working on the sideboard, but will probably consist of finks, lark, bft, shusher, or something like that. maybe even mark of asylum or dauntless escort as this deck generally folds 2 sweepers.

Any comments and advise will be appreciated.

    Thanks

Hey guys. I'm new to this deck so try and go easy on me...

firstly: The people running nucklavee... Can you return the ww you used to get nucklavee into play or does it need to be a different 1?

Secondly: Is finks needed in here to stall aggro?

Thirdly: It seems to me that to be able to stall aggro you only going to be able to really ww of your lands and enchantments, or am I wrong?

Lastly: Most people have been dropping keeper but I thought it was quite key to getting to the mana needed as quick as possible?

Thanks for the help guys. Appreciate it

At the moment I've been testing anathemancer as atwo off n place of obelisk as a finisher and it's been awesome giving me that extra reach seeing as there is only one deck that plays less than 9-10 non basics(mono w kithkin) and against them I've already got good game. Still think obelisk is a great card. yes it does cost 6 + 2 to activate but you don't have to activate it the turn you play it. Against aggro if you get to 8 mana then you are either stabilised or busy stabilising or dead so it shouldn't be to bad(5 life anyone?) and against control 3 uncounterable damage sounds great doesn't it or just filtering through your cards.

    Just my thoughts.

    Any thoughts on anathemancer?

Smile how do you deal with mistind clique with no path then? Do you just accept the timewalk?

Hey guys. Just a quick question, what is the point of running 1 off's? I see smile rakalite and a few other are. I mean either you want to draw a card or you don't, isn't it suboptimal to run a bunch of cards that you most probably won't draw?

Anyways back on topic, Rakalite: don't see the need of archangel, by the time you casting her you should be stable enough to win in any case.

    Just my 2c

I-never-smile: Have you thought or tested Obelisk of Alara instead of oona's grace? It will fill the same role as og but it will give you so much more options. I know it's a lot more expensive but you probably wouldn't play og on turn three in any case. Just some food for thought

Well against I would rather more rfg spot removal than destroy and you could also sb jund charm. Make sure to keep counters for lark and ajani

I would either cut the chandra or 1 wrath seeing as you don't need 7 sweepers(6 is fine) and also feel chandra is alright but in the naya version, there are better things to run than her in 5c.

Smile: Like I said I don't have a real problem against those decks, just giving my game plans against them
