I have a bit of oddness, easy to explain without a pic. No miscut, just a card, with black boarders and a clean white face, and a normal MTG back. No ink, text, anything on the face, just black borders and that is it.
I recently came across something similar. It has a normal magic back, but the front is completely blank and foil. No black borders or anything, just a shiny silver front. I'm wondering what it might be worth.
I know one guy that would call himself a Juggalo that plays, but I'm not sure why it matters. It's like saying "Why do so many people that read comics play magic?"
No, you most certainly did not. As a matter of fact you have no way of judging such a thing as many magic players do not play in stores or tournaments. You are simply repeating a stereotype believed by a lot of non-gamers; my guess is you are doing this to set yourself apart or above such people.
I'm not really sure what I posted that you can possibly disagree with. I only play with matte backs? My friends don't masturbate to their sleeves? What stereotype am I repeating?
If you can't tell the difference between them and another card while sleeved, you should be okay. But it really comes down to the Head Judge to make the decision about the card in question.
Well, let's be honest, these guys are masturbating to their sleeves.
I think this line in particular is a pretty ridiculous statement, and this is coming from someone who uses only matte back sleeves. I have some friends that have in the past purchased some sleeves with scantily clad women on them, and I'm pretty certain I can say they were not masturbating to their sleeves.
Mox event, I'm playing UW Control. My opponent is playing Valakut. I'm at 4 with no blockers. He activates Raging Ravine and swings, I scoop up and then notice the untapped land next to the untapped Tectonic Edge. *facepalm*
Same event as the first story, this one was more me just getting ahead of myself. I have a Baneslayer Angel out against Mono Red. The game should have been easy, but he'd landed opening Leyline of Punishment. I'm holding a Negate. My opponent casts Combust. Without thinking, I windmill slam the Negate.... yeah.
That just wasn't my day.
My worst moment, however, was at Regionals a couple of years ago. I was playing Blightning Aggro against Black White Tokens, game three. My opponent is at 6 with a field of faerie and spirit tokens. He has two loaded Windbrisk Heights. I'm holding Volcanic Fallout. I'm pretty sure the game is in the bag, then this happens:
Him: Declare attacks?
Me: Alright, declare.
As soon as I said it, I knew what was about to happen. He turns his board sideways, I cast Fallout. He responds by activating one of the Heights and out comes Burrenton Forge-Tender, of course. It had to be Forge-Tender. He sacs it, and I take my damage. He passes turn and I topdeck Flame Javelin. If I had just played the Fallout instead of getting ahead of myself, I would have had the game.
My room mate moved his radiator and found a G/R fetchland that was beat to hell. however it was still sleeve playable. thus it still sold for $20. the story has been dubbed "the radiator fetch" ever since.
It was a Flooded Strand, not a Foothills.
On topic, I do this all the time when I'm going through a box of cards. I'll find something and just go "I was wondering what happened to that... neat!"
We were playing a multiplayer game last night, and this came up. Player A casts a Summoner's Pact during Player B's turn. Player B proceeds to play Mindslaver and crack it, targetting Player A. Can Player B choose not to pay the Pact during the turn he is controlling, thereby losing Player A the game?

I do this too, but mine is a Forest.
No apology necessary, I was just so completely confused.

He's also not a two drop.
Does it turn into a blank card back or a 13/13?
Maze of Ith isn't a legend...
