I play him in my mono black deck pretty much solely so I can kill artifacts and enchantments more. (The only other ways out vs them in my deck are Gate to phyrexia and disk.)
As far as sadistic Hypnotist goes, I try to limit my discard in my endrek deck, as it's not really any fun to play against. I think the only discard i'm running atm is Mind Twist, which is really too good to pass up.
Also,Phyrexian altar is good.
I was looking through some random cards and saw Grip of Chaos. I decided to make a fun multi-player deck based of it.
The idea is to play crazy red or blue enchantments (mostly) that have global effects (including me ideally) and twist the game.
I am not really concerned about winning, although it wouldn't hurt to have an exit plan. I currently have no counters but I suppose having a little cover for my enchantments and self would be good.
I need to get a Radiate.
Other than that, I don't really know what to put in. Counterspells perhaps, a few better win cons.
I've got a few equipments like Jitte, sword's, etc, but I don't think they belong (only like 5 creatures).
While I have not gotten the chance to try it, Hellfire looks awesome on paper for all mono-black decks. A one sided wrath for 5 + life? That's good with me. I just can't find a dang copy.
That is true, but I'm not to worried about winning. I'd rather loose having fun. (besides I can probably win sometimes with this junk anyway in my meta) You are right though, it would do much better as a 1v1 deck.

I'm trying to construct a deck that is a strange combination of hardcore Sui black with white gaining life to offset it. I usually play an mono black deck so I have a few of the black cards, but I have little to no of the white cards. If I need to aquire any new cards, I'll probably have to buy them, so I'm trying to keep it cheap, but all suggestions are welcome.
As far as a general, the Ghost Council of Orzhov fits the best.

Lake of the dead could do well in a mono black.
Soldevi Excavations also seems good.
