They have not and will not reprint to flood the market so the impact is minimal. The slight aside to that is alternate art/frames also create another market for the same card without really affecting the price too much for the original. That kind of highlights that ultimately if they use different art for a reprint they could potentially flood the market with that version to keep a low price for a playable version while maintaining the collectability of the original.

Collectors need players to create the demand.

You could play plow if it's such an issue. I used to back in the extended days.

Moxen allow for us to have mana without needing to play land. This is important as it lets us play some lock pieces faster and also lets us "catch up" if we want to force an active tax.

You don't need creatures main. The real strength of parfait comes from negating cards that are commonly played. The obvious ones here are wasteland and creature removal. Charbelcher is a nice supplemental win especially on the merit of being a single card the synergizes with what the deck does naturally. Game 2 is generally where you would add creatures as they are likely to board out creature removal and creatures also give us a way to pressure other combo decks. FWIW blind obedience is a good card here as well as it also provides a way to win with extort.

    Hope that answers your questions.

I'd probably cut down on scrying sheets and have either mox diamond or chrome mox available. I would also cut Thalia, especially if you want to play sceptre.

    2 savannah
    4 Heath
    1 karakas
    2 Serra sanctum
    2 plains
    9 forest

That would be an average mana base. Heath is needed to give you access to plains when you need it. It also helps thin the deck when your engine is running. The engine revolves around green, the win needs white. Temple garden is garbage when you have savannah.

I'd second that but parfait's focus of the land tax/scroll rack interaction is truly what you are missing. It looks like you want to play white stax or some pseudo hatebear eldrazi

Orims chant covers everything it needs to and becomes live after a single land. The phasing is about the only thing that comes off as interesting, but do any feel needed.

I've considered edge of autumn for a green splash, but green doesn't seem good enough for the parfait plan. Enchantress is probably where it will stay. As for leng and runes they don't really accomplish enough on their own, least of all within the confines of parfait. In other words their isn't a reason to really try them. They aren't doing anything better then what we already have.

Phase out the germ token is probably the simplest. Phyrexian revoker is a good option too.

Belcher should be in that range and allows for shocks instead of duals.

I don't like porphyry nodes because it can be played around a little and doesn't necessarily get the creature you need to get. Like most things there could be a place for it but for me any slot it may fill for me right now already has a better option in its stead.
