I got confused from a ruling on word queller. I knew that it you could list planes, but I thought it could only list permanent types, I didn't remember that it can list any card type. Which brings up an interesting question. Can you name emblem? These cards only seem to be token like objects, so is it a card type?
Emblems are like tokens. They aren't considered cards because they have no physical card form.
Look carefully at the background art. The first two obviously have Alara land art in the background, while the planeswalker card has a swamp background. Not sure about the third and fourth ones.
This is an exciting twist to the core set. I wonder what the intention is, exactly. Is it becoming evergreen or are we just seeing a "visiting" mechanic. Scry is a very good mechanic with landfall, so it makes sense against Zendikar block. If this is the intention, then we might see an appropriate mechanic for Scars of Mirrodin block for M12.
In all seriousness, these scheme cards must be for those vertical arts we've been seeing. I'm guessing that the effects are going to be like the planes, except one-sided and much more powerful.
Yes, that is a total of 4 rares and 2 mythic rares in my main deck (Kargan Dragonlord was foil too!). I was able to play every one of my cards, and I was impressed with all of them. An unanswered Kargan Dragonlord won me every game, and Beastbraker of Bala Ged did help a lot. Didn't really do much with Magmaw except kill a few dudes, but it was a great body with Hedron Matrix. The Hedron Matrix, through, was more often used with Jaddi Lifestrider and Gigantomancer (lol). Devastating Summons was really, really hard to play correctly, but used with Wrap in Flames it won games. And absolutely no one was ever expecting All Is Dust, which always killed 5 of theirs for 1 or 2 of mine.
The only match I lost was because she had a 4/4, Oust, and 3 Regresses and I had only 1 creature which I had to recast each turn.
If we're playing R/B there's the combo of Tunneler and Bloodthrone Vampire. Tap Tunneler for his ability, then sac other stuff or even the Tunneler himself to beef up the Vamp! Good if you need to push some last minute damage through.

They'll probably be stuff for the casual crowd.
EDIT: Except in Japanese.
Quickly accelerate into this guy using Birds and the Eldrazi Drones, then get four basic lands onto the battlefield as you prepare the actual eldrazi.
Archive Trap.
Not only does it force shuffles your opponent's library, but it draws you into Archive Traps.
There are three creatures in there. I'd say it's Arc Lightning.
Ugh. I'm already tired of coding in Scheme.

Timing galore! Seems reasonable, as long as the targets with sorcery speed (i.e. Ogre's Cleaver are done originally. Added.
Added. Thanks!
