Evolve has an intervening-if statement, so the trigger doesn't even go on the stack if the conditions aren't met. Reverent Hunter (under normal circumstances) can't evolve Experiment One.
Nope. Storm triggers when you cast the spell. Making a copy and putting it on the stack isn't casting it. Otherwise storm would trigger an infinite number of times and would literally break the game, instead of just strategically breaking the game.
Or nonfoil is for something like 9-16 and foil for top 8.
