Reprint away. One of my favorite sets ever was mostly reprints.
Spacing them out a bit would be nice though. Oblivion Ring, Cancel, Terramorphic Expanse, and a couple others being reprinted so soon after they had been originally printed was kinda bunk.
Welp. This set sucks. I'm going over it again later and start making a list of things I'd actually use, then just pick up singles. Gonna be a short list though. Mainly r/w/g Zoo stuff, that charm is by far the best one. Thanks for the scans. Ashley Wood art on Lich's Mirror is pretty killer, I like that guy. Oh yeah, and Sigil Blessing is ridiculous.

Arrghh. That fantastic art wasted on that pile of crap card? I tend to play aggro decks, namely zoo-esque ones, but this 5+ power theme is seeming to put the end to that for a while. Ugh. Utter crap.
Did you even read the rules on Flashback that i posted? You do realize that they have the same clause, right? "If it would leave the stack"... Delay removes it from the game, thus it gets counters. This is the same damned thing.

i thought that might be the problem. Reading Flashback on the card and in the rules are slightly different.
I agree with we do need the official ruling. But looking at Flashback, it looks pretty good that Mist and Blink will interact with it pretty well. Not that it would be overly powerful really. Its the same thing people were saying about Evoke.

Hmm, I've been wondering what some of those other packs were. I could pick out Saviors and Dissension, but the other ones I wasn't 100% sure on since I wasn't playing during Onslaught/Mirrodin. Thanks for the info for that. I may pick up some of the Dissension/Lorwyn ones.
Perhaps it's because when I was watching the Shadowmoor spoiler, every day was "OMGF this set is ridiculous", but man oh man, does Eventide seem weak. There are a few cards I'll definitely use, like the retrace burn in Pyromancers Swath, and the retrace discard and siphon just because they rock. Couple other things, like the G/B Avatar, and something about Noggle Hedge Mage makes me love it. Like some sort of wacky four color Revaillark-Prismatic Omen nonsense.
The answer is still no. No matter how many times you try to justify it. I'm sick of consolidation. I'm sick of merging accounts. I'm sick of crap like Arc and Glyph. I'm sick of websites asking for too much information. If I'm forced to merge MTG Salvation and Twitch, I just won't use either. Several people have mentioned not having Twitch accounts, and no desire to have one. This nonsense coupled with stifling, biased overmoderation on the site is going to be the death of it, and good riddance if that's the future.
It may be the "biggest", but does that matter when it's mostly atrocious? It's like dredging through a sewer to find jewelry that accidentally fell down the drain.
