1. Select Basic Land in "Card Type" field
2. Keep the default as "All Sets"
3. Scroll to the bottom and enter "$3.00" as your minimum price threshold (or whatever price you want)
4. From the Foil drop down menu select "foils only"
5. Click "show results" at the bottom.
If you kept it to 25 results per page, you'll get 6 pages with about 130 total hits. Once you look past the new Judge foils, the 20 in Zendikar, the 5 in Unhinged, and the misprints, there are less than 90 that break $3.00.
Guys, what are some foil basic lands from normal sets that tend to go for well above the average of a foil basic land? For example, Eric Peterson's Plains from Odyssey:
Riku of Two Reflections is better by far. I played against Maelstrom Wanderer twice at GP Richmond in commander pods and won both times. The potential of whiffing with Wanderer makes him worse, on top of costing 8 mana. Riku also gets to abuse Prophet of Kruphix to a much greater degree than Wanderer.
Are the majority of EDH decks either 3 and 5 color decks, or 0, 1 and 2 color decks? I'm trying to assess whether or not Collapsing Borders is good or not.
It resulted from the Chronicles Debacle. The link will tell you everything you need to know...
Edit: Basically it came down to Chronicles flooding the secondary market with new copies of rarer cards. That crashed their prices and a collection of collector threatened Wotc with a lawsuit. Wotc responded by issuing the RL to placate those collectors...
I've never heard of a lawsuit mentioned before. Source?
You are the man. Thanks.

1) He is arguably the best mono-red commander.
2) Easy fits into R/x decks.
3) If unanswered, he should put your opponents on a short clock.
4) Can kill multiple Planeswalkers at once and makes casting more of them unprofitable.
5) Built-in (albeit weak) anthem.
