As far as I see it, if you can be satisfied with either what you weigh, or what you are trying to weight through diet and exercise, then you are the right size. I could weigh 250 and still be happy about it.

I'm the same height as Guardman, but about 70 pounds lighter.

I'm not very active a lot of the year though, so I can be really out of shape now and again.

I read through your posts in the NYCDK's thread, rianalnn, and I agree completely. It's one thing to disagree, or be witty, and it's another altogether to be unsportsmanlike. The latter is quite unacceptable, and shouldn't be tolerated.
