I'm starting to think: how many Godless Shrine should we play?
I play 4 KoI and 4 FA, and not a black-heavy sideboard. I feel in my testing that I don't need that much black, but I have not got the right number yet. Also, in R/x mirrors, the shocks are sometimes killing me.
And I hate Cavern of Souls. I got devil human minotaur vampire shaman warrior wizard in my deck.
BUG Flash: This deck was really annoying to play against. It used basically every flash creature in this colours and played as a reasonably efficient aggro control. Lots of combat tricks.
Some interesting inclusions/omissions: Mayor of Avabruck: In a vacuum this card is not that good against red decks and midrange. If it is protected though this could be an unstoppable force. How to properly play this card? Are the instants enough to protect it?
704.3. Whenever a player would get priority (see rule 116, "Timing and Priority"), the game checks for any of the listed conditions for state-based actions, then performs all applicable state-based actions simultaneously as a single event.
In my understanding, that would lead to a draw.
Please educate me, if i am wrong.

Winning the game through damage/poison counter is a state-based action. This one is not.
This is a triggered ability, as seen by the word 'At'. There is also an intervening if clause. That means the condition is checked both at the time of the trigger and at resolution. If the condition is not met at either time (i.e. less than 4 Biovisionaries), you will not win.
When the condition is met, the trigger is put on the stack. You win the game at the resolution of the trigger. You can Stifle the trigger. Alternatively, after the trigger you are given the time to kill one of the Biovisionaries.
That being said, you probably need 4 Stifles though as all 4 Biovisionaries have their own trigger. And even though there are 4 triggers, you can only win one game. The triggers are removed after the first one resolves.
And yes, you have to Mirrorweave on your opponents turn if you both control 4 creatures. This is because the active player's triggers goes onto the stack first. And since the stack is first-in-last-out, the last trigger (the non-active player's) will resolve first. The non-active player wins. This is the same mechanism as Huntmaster of the Fells flips.
I don't think you can make a hybrid Cipher one drop. What would it do? draw a card? target player discards? at 1 that's not possible, I understand the color pie bleeding, but black having draw without drawbacks and repeatable is not exactly "bleeding". I can see it in B and U respectively, though.
Shrines cannot cast Ash Zealot, but as the above has said, Caverns cannot curve Zealot into Reckoner.
Shrines also allows more black in the sideboard. In particular, Duress and Dreadbore are sideboard cards you want to play and to play early.

No Runechanter's Pike: I guess with Deathrite Shaman, pike's buff won't be as impressive.
i'm buying a box soon. i will open all the packs but still i want the map to be finished. like the above have said, a hobby within a hobby.
btw, i have a NPH box in hand but the map has not been finished? is anyone doing it?

the first trigger resolves and the game ends. the other triggers never win.
