well that depends, sometimes it would be better if say that creature had first strike instead of persist or flying, is just another mechanic to throw around, its ok.
persist would be a lot better in any other block but in a set where theres scar, this is really a mechanic that kind of helps, i dont really see it being a win condition however its nice with a bunch of persist guys on board then wrath the board and next turn evoke meadowboon.
I agree about the angel, doesnt wow me, what i like is the flying vigilance persist, the board wipe return is ok i guess i mean what kind of crazy combat phase did you have with 6 mana left?
the druid deck is exactly playable, and this card doesn't necessarily make it playable but then you could

T3: land krosa, archdruid, drop three more one drop druids draw three
however this is better that what the druid deck already has
