Not even close, if two claim cop, we lynch the "cop" we believe is lying. If he comes up cop, the other is obvious scum. If he is scum, protect the real cop this night or don't. Bottom line, it is in the best interest to cc if able.
I hate to continue with my slew of scum-tells, but suggesting to lynch the Town's most important role isn't exactly a sign that you're Town in any way.

I actually wouldn't waste a doc protect on naka unless shennanigans ensue. As long as the rber is alive, the odds are that there is no need to kill naka. Just my theory of course...
