Does Mary o kill trigger ETB effects? I was under the impression not but I looked at the FAQ and it didn’t mention it.

You have a lot of dice rolling effects. You could use Krark’s Other Thumb

Snickering Squirrel and Squirrel Powered Scheme would also help.

Anybody working on some fun ideas for Mary O’Kill decks?

I’m thinking a ninja type deck with some artifact synergies to make the killbots better and some sorta disruption.

Best idea I can think of is using it with grand calcutron and X to be able to get around grand calcutrons program restriction. And X of course for the Combo.

All of my cards are standard but I’m willing to dip into modern as long as it’s budget. I’ll post a decklist soon when I get a working list.

It’s really a shame she doesn’t function at all in Commander but what can ya do?

I’d suggest something like

W: this card gains lifelink until end of turn. Sit on the ground.
U: Untap this. Stand on your chair.
1: +1/-1 ueot. Stand up.
1: -1/+1 ueot. Sit down.

The joke only works if you rule that sitting on the ground counts as being shorter than your opponent if they’re sitting/standing on a chair.

If it’s lazy, why don’t you design 60 abilities and just use those? Seriously tho. Get over it. This is what you get. Quit complaining about everything. You’re attitude ruins the game for other people who are trying to enjoy the cards.

That’s actually a pretty neat idea. I imagine it’ll do really crazy things like “-6 cast Karn or put a legacy weapon into the battlefield.”

The cards good. If you have a problem with it, you’re the problem, not the card

The MTG community as a whole is incredibly toxic. It was only a matter of time before something like this happened. When Magic finally dies it will be because of the unappeasable playerbase, nothing to do with WOTC.

Oops.

...and magic players continue to make the game worse for everybody. I hope wizards countersues this guy into the ground.
