Thank you for your help guys and can you please help me to understand what this 01/08/2008 rule is after all? I mean if it is official rule, why it's not in 'The Comprehensive Rules of Magic'. How can I find all of these rules?

So I was trying to understand whether, the creature created from Riddleform will get a Summoning sickness.
Rule 302.6 says that it does, since creature was not under control continuously since last turn. But then I found 01/08/2008 rule that says ' if its controller has continuously controlled that permanent since the beginning of his or her most recent turn. It doesn’t matter how long the permanent has been a creature.'
So as far as I understand, Riddleforms creature wont get sickness. Now the problem is I can't find this rule on any MTG wiki or even in a 'The Comprehensive Rules of Magic hat holds all of the rules and possible corner cases found in Magic.' What should I do? Should I follow 302.6 or what?
And the last question, let's say I begin attacking phase and declare attacking creatures, than during defending phase player with Riddleform plays instant, that resolves and so he has Riddleform creature created. Now, can he declare this creature as a defending one?
