The main cards in this deck are the Panharmonicon, Efficient Construction, and Underhanded Designs. Panharmonicon is to double the effects of the other two; Efficient Construction is a quick, convenient, and (ahem) efficient way of creating more artifact creatures, mostly for blocking, but also for the benefit of Battle at the Bridge (through Improvise) and Underhanded Designs (through the creation of artifact creatures to the battlefield); and Underhanded Designs is a nifty way to burn and heal life.
I'm not really sure what else to say about the deck; everything else (besides the Metallic Rebuke) I've chosen for the low casting cost to facilitate as many triggers on Underhanded Designs as possible, and in the same vein allowing for as many Efficient Construction triggers in as short amount of time as possible (which doubles back onto Underhanded Designs's triggers).
