Your title is a bit misleading, it doesn't sound like you're asking about anything in the rukes.
Are you asking for a Modal Spell with all three of those options? (I'm assuming "enhance" means buffing the creature, enhancement means different things on its context here)

There are countless possible interactions for every card in Magic, both beneficial and detrimental. That's part of the very core of the game. While some cards were designed to answer very specific cards, they are usually not limited to those. With hundreds of new cards released each year, more and more interactions show up. That's how some broken combos are born. A new card may have the "perfect" answer in a very old card, or an old card may have gotten a new hoser, just because that hoser was supposed to keep another new card in check.
There is one principle in the game regarding your question, though: For every card and combo there is an answer! So if there is a card or combo that you seem unable to beat no matter what, you are not looking hard enough.

when it comes to magic cards, is there a system where 1 card is meant to block/counter or enhance a card? like if I have a creature - elf hunter card, is there anything to block, counter, enchance this card?
