My friends and I used to play Magic a lot. With new expansions, things got more complicated and the game became unfun for us. I think it would be fun for us to limit our cards to those old school ones that weren't so complicated. We don't want the limitations of certain blocks or whatever, but more the abilities on the cards. We don't want to deal with the cards that flip over like Samurai cards, or Grafting or whatever else has come out with expert expansions. We want to keep it more simple, Flying, First STrike, Vigilance...the classics.
I've seen Advanced and Expert cards. Are these limited that way so only certain abilities are allowed in those difficulties? If so, is there a list somewhere that has the differences specified?
