I am currently working on a similar list. I am currently not as involved in the re-animator style with this deck thus I threw out Living Death and it's family. I am still working on it and am looking into Delirium Threshold and Spell mastery mechanics as with this deck those types of cards will throttle up quickly. It seems like you're trying to abusing etb abilities with Astral Slide. I'm also abandoning the creature cycling route and am probably gonna go 5 colors in order to add every land with cycling but I'm still on the fence on it.
Is it consistent? Have you tested it much?
Consistent? Yes so far...It has a bit more interaction rather than the cycle creatures I have some more spells so I can usually influence the game a bit more than just sitting down and playing solitaire and hoping no one finds my draws threatening and decides to board wipe. This can sometimes mean that I don't have a hand full of cycling every turn due to the advantage you have with oversold cemetery affects. Also didn't mean to but discovered it can go infinite in testing which is why lab maniac is in there.
In my meta I can mostly just rely on creatures as blockers rather than trying to win with reanimating them in one swell foop. So the alternate win condition maniac provides is excellent.

Thank you and yes that was the deck's original colors but things such as vorinclex, horizon chimera, sylvan library(since you draw two from that) are all great and the gitrog monster is such a powerhouse when I discard lands that I am tentative to go back to esper. The fact is that usually I can both reanimate AND hardcast some huge creatures because of the commander. I continue to consider going three color as that would streamline it and I will definitely check your list.
EDIT: Someone else in our playgroup also owns an oloro deck(albeit pillow-fort rather than re-animator) and I don't really like to make a commander that is currently played
So this is a deck that I have been working on recently. I've found I like re-animator and control types of decks and so this goes into that realm. However this deck just doesn't feel quite fast enough/ it kinda seems wobbly and about to collapse. It's currently pretty casual of a list because it mainly includes some of my favorite cards. It is for this reason that if anyone has any ideas of what I can do to make this a bit more competitive/harder-faster-better-stronger I would love to hear them. Also I don't really do combos and my meta frowns upon them so I'd like to stay away from that vein.
Zur the Enchanter was the original commander as I would be able to drop him and attack to grab one of the reanimation enchantments. I believe he is still viable in the 99 as of right now because he can fetch any of the enchantments that are currently in the deck.

Some cards that I want to find a place for maybe include Candelabra of Tawnos or Gemstone Array
maybe some targeted removal a la Anguished Unmaking and it's cousins.
Prehaps a Teferi's Puzzle Box would be good too however I kinda care what is in my hand so I don't know yet if it should go in.
