Shouldn't that be haste + lifelink?

First, fastest response I've gotten so far, I think.

Second, lifelink would be epic, but since the Helices basically have lifelink without having lifelink, I decided to do one better and make all your instants/sorceries have lifelink as well.

I also gave him an end-step draw if you have 10 or more life than your starting total. I'm not sure if this can be on a Boros card though.

    Lifelink

Instant and sorcery spells you control have lifelink.

When Ghanda, Helix Sergeant enters the battlefield, it deals 3 damage to each opponent.

At the beginning of your end step, if you have at least 10 life more than your starting life total, you may reveal the top card of your library. If it's an instant or sorcery card, put it into your hand.

Looks like a solid uncommon to me. There really isn't much more to be said about this card, except it would be cute if he a spirit named Ghostly Prison Guard.

Hey, I finally got a positive BlazingRagnarok comment the first time (that is, without having to edit the card).

Ghostly Prison Guard would have been interesting as a name, yes.

Hey, I find plenty of cards that I like on CCC from you and everyone else. I just have more to say when I'm critical.

I wasn't trying to be cheeky. I was just glad that I got a positive comment from you without having to edit the card.

If CCC was a video game, this would be an achievement for me.

    Vigilance

When Enforcer of Laws enters the battlefield, you may search your library for a white enchantment card with converted mana cost 3 or less, reveal it and put it into your hand. Then shuffle your library.

An actual solution to Eldrazi tribal is to not use Eldrazi tribal in commander.

Can you elaborate further on that, since there are cut-throat Commander environments?

How do cutthroat commander environments make the situation any different?

I misinterpreted what he was getting at.

The addition of a mirror counter is unnecessary, should be worded like Praetor's Grasp
    i.e.
3 mana , tap symbol : Exile a card from your hand or graveyard. You may play that card for as long as it remains exiled.

I know the mirror counter technically isn't needed, but the mirror counter is essentially flavour text for Jodah's character.

As for the colors, I was considering making him Bant, but I tried Azorius first.

Yeah, that's basically the gist of it.

On the plus side, you may be able to make the cards stronger than they would be in a normal set, depending on the power level of the intended format.

I'll keep that in mind if I decide to add more to this. I also changed the title.

The general pattern for the Eldrazi titans are these:

All: True colorless (no devoid), equal power and toughness
Kozilek: 12/12, CMC = 10, Draws a ****-ton of cards as a cast trigger
Ulamog: 10/10, CMC close to his power, indestructible, permanent removal as a cast trigger, consumes your stuff when he attacks
Emrakul: P/T higher than the other two, CMC = her power, flying, protection from something, messes with turns as a cast trigger

Eldrazi tribal would like to use their devoid members with proper Eldrazi commanders, but the issue of accomplishing that is the need to make the actual Eldrazi titans true colorless. I'd like to think that the best compromise is to shove WUBRG into the rules text of one of the titans, but I don't know if that's a good idea or not.

It's still not a good idea, no.

For one, the Tezzeret reprints would presumably be at rare and/or mythic, which would still invalidate all of the Tezzeret-dependent cards in limited formats, some of which would presumably be common or uncommon.

Players in constructed formats, on the otherhand, would be left with nothing to work with unless they happen to like Tezzeret or if Tezzeret becomes a competitive archetype. In that regard it is a bad idea because it has nothing in it for players that don't specifically like Tezzeret. A lot of these work without Tezzeret specifically (i.e. "artifact or Tezzeret planeswalker"), but because they explicitly mention him in text they will still leave players strangely disappointed. People will also wonder why Karn doesn't count, since he's much closer to being an actual artifact than Tezzeret, even if the Karn PW does not actually synergize with artifacts.

It's possible to make a block with a "planeswalkers-matter" subtheme just like Theros had a "gods-matter" subtheme (but not a main theme going by NWO design, because neither planeswalkers nor gods are common). Being as specific as a "Tezzerets-matter" theme or subtheme just won't work for a set or block. Whatever the rest of the set is, it will be better off by replacing the Tezzeret part with something more general.

Again, these designs are not bad, and they would all be very appropriate for a Tezzeret theme deck, maybe as part of a new set of Planechase decks or a commander deck or something. They are simply far too specific in theme to even be part of a block. The only other cards we have that refer to a specific planeswalker in their rules text are Duel Decks cards and the single cycle of (Person)'s Defeat cards, which refer to five different planeswalkers that are also the most common planeswalker subtype among planeswalkers for each given color (except maybe Nissa vs. Garruk).

So, in summary, just make this part of a Tezzeret preconstructed deck?

Tangential, but that would be crazy OP. That would let you use their ultimate ability every turn once you'd built the initial activation Loyalty.

Board wipes every one of your turns.
Gain 100 life on each of your turns.
    Mass token generation.
    Mass creature pumps.
    Infinite turns.

Loyalty counter removal is a cost for the activation of the - abilities and not the abilities themselves removing the counters, so with that wording, his card wouldn't stop that if I'm not mistaken.

I agree that The Immortal Sun will have a planeswalker-centric ability due to it (presumably) driving the planeswalk lock on the plane.

Is that actually stated anywhere? I don't remember that being the case.

Nevertheless, Shandalar, in and of itself, is conclusive. For Shandalar to move, all planes must have locations relative to it, and therefore, to each other. I'll grant that Serra's Realm and Phyrexia are special cases that have little bearing on other planes, but Shandalar (moving among the planes) and Equilor (at the farthest reaches of the multiverse) are special cases that are relevant to all planes.
Yes, there is such a thing as 'distance' in the blind eternities, it just isn't three-dimensional distance.

What's the best analogy for whatever is going on in the Eternities' dimensions?

The "hand in a pond" analogy allowed both the Gatewatch and the readers to understand how the Eldrazi titans were interacting with the space in the plane.
