Lorelorn posted a message on Is there a way to outright "block" a certain aspect of the forums from view?I'll be honest; if you're whining about being infracted for posting nonsense like this:Posted in: Community Discussion
Quote from Ravarshii would think since one is a prevention effect and the other is a redirection effect, and since you own them both, you can apply them in the way you'd like. But i cant be 100% sure on it.
Then I think the mod was 100% correct. Posting words to the effect of "shrug I dunno" in response to a question in the Rulings Forum *is* spam plain and simple.
If you don't know, don't post. If you think you know, by all means post. You don't get infracted for being wrong (believe me, I know), just corrected, but spam does nothing for anyone.
Quote from TormodThis so true.
I don't even bother trying to post in the rulings. The moderation there at best can be described as hostile. It could be the personality types that are attracted to "rulings" are more rigid. In either case whenever I feel like answering a ruling question, I hesitate greatly then end up deleting what typed because I don't want to deal with any "misinterpretations"
If the moderation in the rulings forums makes you not want to post there unless you are 100% sure your post is clear and correct, then I'd say the moderation there is working fine. No one is posting threads there for your best guess. - To post a comment, please login or register a new account.

Apart at the Seams 1U
Sorcery {U}
As an additional cost to cast Apart at the Seams, sacrifice a creature.
Create an X/1 blue homunculus token and a 1/Y blue homunculus token, where X is the sacrificed creature's power and Y is its toughness.
To others, reality seemed to unfurl around the doll maker, but she was delighted. The cross-eyed doll maker saw only her best work.

I've always loved Salvation, it has come to shape how I feel about magic and has introduced me to several people I can call 'friend' and it has strengthened ties with existing ones. I have enjoyed moderating because I care about how this site is run, because of how this site has helped shape an aspect of my life. I wanted this site to be all that it can be, so it can provide to others what it has provided to me. Alas, all things come to an end with time. I am stepping down from my position as moderator in humor.
I loved this site, I still do, but it isn't a big part of my life, and the rest of my life has been getting in the way. I've moved on, in a manner of speaking. I have other big interests, and things that are a bit closer to home have been taking up my free time. I'll still be around if anyone wants to chat, but I won't be around in a position of authority.
It's been fun.
