I am back on here to ask a new deck since I got a better grasp on my play style thanks to some playtime with with magic and some other tcgs.
I am not sure if their is a deck like this but I might as well give it a whirl.
So I play very creature heavy aggro. However, instead of spiking for an early finish, I like to be able to have back up sustain to keep the aggression going.
So to give a better idea of what I want:
An aggro deck where the name of the game is escalation. The more interactions to get rid of my creatures and removals played. The scarier the mid to late game boards potentially become.
Very creature focused, borderline zoo territory.
Non creatures can shove it unless they draw, or help with making or breaking boards.
I am not as concerned about budget. If it's expensive. I can look at finding cards of similar principles if need be. I just want to see if a deck like this exists. (If not well back to figuring something out.)
Well I could agree with new Prahv guildmage, lavinia, and maybe lyev. Ordeal of thassa has saved my hide a few games just because of the draw. I don't mind gutting some blue cause hell, I never even use the counter spells half the time but I want to keeps blues draw aspects.
Budget wise, it's no real limit but immediate replacements would have to be 10$ or less on the cards price tag cause I would have to take some time to get anything higher as money is being prioritized to other things atm.
Alright one last bump and then I am leaving this for dead if I don't get any replies after this.
I am thinking of maybe throwing in some red splash since I pulled this red white legend that gives +1/+1 and trample on its heroic. Potentially towards a white weenie approach? I don't know if it would be a problem or not cause extra colors but looks like it could be a strong finisher.
Sorry if this is a bit early to bump. I really would like some advice on this. The pamphlet for the deck said that Heliod plus his weapon were good options or going with Elspeth and an angel. Though since this is an old precon I don't know if these would still be good choices especially for modern.
So I got my first deck and it was an event deck called inspiring heroics. (From theros expansion) I love the decks theme and since theros isn't standard. I am gonna need to update it to stand a chance in modern. So I am looking into some upgrade paths as I upgrade the land base a bit and get rid of some obviously bad cards.

I am new to the game and have been struggling with finding a deck to suit me in this format. I wanted to try this format cause commander seems pretty pricey to get into. Plus, my friend said modern has a decent variety of decks.
My personal playstyle in most of the card games I play is a brawler style. I like fighting out minion to minion and earning board dominance that way. My allies don't go down without a fight and making sure something goes down with them if they fall. I never leave combat empty handed.
Colors I am not concerned about outside of having green cause I refuse to lose to manascrew.
Budget I would like it to be usable on a 60$-100$ budget initially. I don't mind optimizing it down the line. I just need that initial usability is all.
