The townsfolk being a 3/3 for 3 mana is already a solid base. But the fact he can grow makes it really fun (even if it only gets one counter from combat, they still can nab them from sacrifice or removal).
The Lackey is super solid way of getting a few early point in, wears equip/auras well, and when it outlives its usefulness you can cash it in for a card.
Super fun card with great flavor. And will be great in the set. But I dont think I can justify a slot.
Protective Parents is interesting with low toughness dudes and tokens. But the fact that it must die and then you have a creature, and attack with it is asking an awful lot.
Diminisher Witch is really close to being special. The problem is the bargain not being able to throw useless creatures away.
I really like Obyra's Attendants. Ive used the minus power spell to kill something (instead of trade), and tacking that onto a 3/4 flier for 5 is really strong. Great way to make card advantage.
Mintstrosity is a fun card. Decent power for 2 mana.
I like candy trail more than wishing well. But I'm empty on it. It doesnt affect the board and basically is trading mana for a little life. I think its better for the set where it can be bargained if needed, or used if you dont have bargain cards
I think the problem with Mocking Sprite is that I've always found Goblin Electromancer to be super underwhelming and I think a 3 mana version would be even weaker.
Where i see benefit is that its a flier. So it can still hit in the air for 2, whereas the Electromancer has to stay on the ground and be an enchantment sometimes.
Edit: Did you play with Rooftop Assassin or Phantom Interference at all?
Side step of Phyrexian Rager. I would also love to have an opponent lose because you target them and their last life....
Two really nice ones:

Or does the lack of ETB triggers and hitting more than creature still worth the extra mana.
New Exploring wilds with some alternate functionality.
This is close... if White's 4 drops weren't pretty stacked already. But as it stands I can't justify a slot for it.
"Petrify
1W
Enchantment - Aura
Enchant artifact or creature.
Enchanted permanent can't attack or block and its activated abilites can't be activated"
Finally got one. Pacifism creep is real.
Agreed. If the tokens blocked, then maybe. But else hes unexciting on turn 4.
Grabby Giant and the Crescendo actually look really good as well. I think ill make room for them.
You know, im coming around on the Candy trail.

I play both Ornery Goblin and Ashmouth Hound, so Skewer Slinger is a nice change for one of them. The reach and 3 toughness really changes things for X/2 fliers

An instant speed divination with Quick Study.
Thermo-Alchemist gets a big brother in Unruly Catapult but i dont think the extra toughness makes up for the extra mana cost.
This is interesting. Blue's 3 drops are pretty stacked, but making spells cheaper is great for spells matter themes.
This does an awful lot, and I know there are plenty of 1 toughness creatures that can be hit, But i don't know if its quite enough.
