My playgroup plays a lot of graveyard hate (like Bojuka Bog, etc) so cards in graveyards are not safe.
Although, I am still tempted to try adding Haakon, Stromgald Scourge to my deck.
Also, I found that with a few vampire lord effects, my vampire tokens do not die when equiping Skullclamp, and require a sac outlet. And my opponents love stealing/killing my sac outlets.
I initially planned to replace Well of Lost Dreams from the pre-con, but it has drew me a lot of cards. So I really like it now.
A few things to consider with this. The partner mechanic could still pop up which could be interesting. Also, I don't think that they'll be the most popular tribes. Maybe one deck will be elves,
Zombies, or goblins, but I don't think all 3 will show up. I'd expect there to be at least one beater tribe like angels, demons, or dragons. Then a couple tribes that have been supported a decent amount but aren't overly popular. I'm thinking maybe Humans, Birds, Treefolk or something along those lines.
Would be interesting if they made an aetherborn deck. Could maybe make sense based on the tribe showing up in aether revolt. Doubtful though since They're not really popular.
