Thundersjocker1 posted a message on I found the ultimate combo! If you play Tidewater Minion along with Illusionist's Bracers, you will have an infinite mana combo, since tapping a land adds mana to your mana pool, you can untap that same land and tap it again and add more mana to your mana pool. This two-card combo might be one the most powerful combos due to the amount of infinite combos you can have, just from playing those two cards. The infinite mana combo was just one of the many examples this combo can be used for.Posted in: Community Discussion

Thundersjocker1 posted a message on Dismiss Into Dream + Fool's DemiseOk. Let's say I'm playing a control deck. I have enough mana and I play Omniscience, which allows me to play non-land cards without paying their mana cost. I then play Dismiss Into Dream, which makes opponents' creatures illusions in addition to their other types and have "When this creature becomes the target of a spell or ability, sacrifice it". Following that, I play Fool's Demise, which says if the enchanted creature and Fool's Demise would go into a graveyard, I would return Fool's Demise to my hand and return the enchanted creature to the battlefield under my control. Now, if I enchant an opponent's creature, which is an illusion because of Dismiss Into Dream, would I gain control of the creature I enchanted since the creature has to be sacrificed?Posted in: Community Discussion
