Xal Kolgalm is meant to cost a lot due to indestructible and firepower. I have a feeling further tweaking may be too much, his mana cost is certainly high, but keep in mind you sacrifice AT LEAST one creature and in a deck centered around him you can sacrifice a lot and in return you'll deal serious damage. He is also a flying, trample demon. There are not many and flying paired with trample on an indestructible is very powerful. Initially I was thinking of making him a 11/4 without growth but I want him to be something you can't just ignore rather then in a solid state. Perhaps a 9/4 initially but that's about all I'd personally tweak.
As for Kelvalkora his counter is specifically for Demon negative effects. He's meant to be a demon-tribal commander or sorts. And for my justification for having both abilities I meant to add 'use this ability only as a sorcery' to the end of Kel's tap ability but the edit would give me an error message. So he can only hex on your turn. Basically the core idea is to allow for most demons without drawbacks and also in certain situations blast exactly six creatures. He's a demon so he doesn't care if those creatures include your own if your enemy(s) don't have enough. Perhaps the mana cost should be 4BBB and for tap ability 1BBt

Also MSE doesn't work on my computer for some reason
What does MSE stand for? I might look it up and try it myself. I very much appreciate your continued effort towards this, especially inserting the cards and stuff.
I really don't want to peel back on the power because I want some really fun high-power mono black commanders to use in magic (though I also understand that the odds of my cards ever being even slightly noticed are close to impossible) but nonetheless if all is for nothing I might as well make it entertaining while I'm at it. Here, I'll retry it.

As for Baron I think he'd be fine without the 'more serfs than vampire sacrifice' thing. Because unless you start off good, chances are he's going to die before he can get really big. He'd only be getting 1 serf and 2 +1/+1 max each of your turns
The purpose of Withengar having no commander damage and having shroud is so that you can't buff the living ***** out of him and proceed to win. But there are likely better ways to handle it. I intended to have commander in mind but in regular magic both Withengar and Kuro would be insane.
As for Kuro, his purpose is in spite of all other super-powers. People have to be careful when buffing their creatures or else they'll explode. It's mainly to prevent one-hit-wonders like craterhoof behemoth and other crazy buffs. And he's able to destroy anything because anything can be targeted, however I agree. It's very difficult to come up with a 'destroy something that isn't just a creature or land' clause in black because it's pretty much unheard of.
And yes, come to think of it, Gonti is very expensive for what he does. However, there are more untap artifacts then there are flickr artifacts, just look at King-Macar edh decks.
But I'll just accept my ideas as a failure and move on. I do appreciate the constructive criticism, thank you.
