Is that correct? The way I see it is that the Primal Growth's kicker is part of cost, so the Grim Haruspex would trigger and then the Primal Growth goes on top of stack after the cast.
Grim Haruspex on his side and another generic creature. He then cast Primal Growth with its kicker cost. He sac-ed the generic creature for its kicker cost.
Now my question is how would the stack look like in this situation? Would the Primal Growth resolve first? or would the death trigger of Grim Haruspex resolve first?
Not sure though.
