Hi everyone! I'm a FLGS owner and have been using Crystal Commerce now for over a year. During that year, I've had some ups and downs with them, but I haven't looked for anything better since the Inventory Mgmt they offer has been super useful. Recently though, every weekend now my system is either amazingly slow or completely non-functional. Whether it's not being able to take peoples money for FNM, or inventory showing that we have a card that we don't have. Plus their POS really is. I'll spare the "poor me" details, although I'd be happy to have a conversation for anyone interested, main point though: Does anyone know of any other company that offers the same kind of integration/inventory mgmt functionality? I'll pay more for a product that actually works when it's critical.
I am very tired of the limited functionality and often-down-especially-on-the-weekends "service" that Crystal Commerce provides. Does anyone know of another software provider that has similar functionality as Crystal Commerce, but, I don't know...works? I'm the owner of a LGS and we're barely a year old, trying to make it is tough when I'm supposed to have X number of Copters and I don't, connection to Ebay is iffy, and TCGPlayer shuts down the connection because the host servers are borked. I cant find anything onlline. Thanks in advance for your help!
