I am new to this community and to Magic: The Gathering. I am getting very interested in the game, and going directly to the point, i made a budget deck based on Selesnya, I liked the whole lore about them and decided that my first deck will be based on them. As a beginner, I need some help in many aspects, like how to improve my deck later, if it is a good budget deck, how it can be better at the start, some suggestions from the community.
Strategy
Some friends of mine said that Modern (what they always play) is a fast format, so i thought that Elvish Pioneer would be a good drop 1 that will fulfill my battlefield with lands really fast, allowing me to use stronger cards with high cmc (yeah, i read a lot about MTG rules and terms). Naya Hushblade and Bant Sureblade has a good synergy between them, mainly with Knight of New Alara. Steward of Valeron can protect the others and ensure a good mana. Marisi's Twinclaws is an end game card, its double strike alongside with Kinght of New Alara and some of the Enchantments or Civic Saber, with that it can deal a great amount of damage to the opponent. Transguild Courier is an end game card too and it is the main offensive power of this deck with Enchantments like Blessing of the Nephilim and others. Qasali Ambusher is very effective and fast-to-cast against flying attacks. Suture Priest and Heroes' Reunion can ensure life gain. Gods Willing and Brave the Elements will protect my cards and plans. At last, Cathars' Crusade can be a high CMC card, but the Elvish Pioneer is the solution for high costs, even that i can change it for Collective Blessing.
Well this it. This deck can help others that has an interest on White/Green builds, but as I said, I really need help with it.
