    You didn't read my card right it doesn't have shroud, it has a new ability I call Elude (Spells that "don't" target this creature, "do not" effect this creature. AKA Day of Judgment, Anger of the Gods, Damnation, Cyclonic Rift do not effect this creature. So when this creature has hexproof the only way to kill it pretty much is make the owner sacrifice it.

    It almost seems a little wordy, but really it's sweet and simple and would be very powerful in Commander like you said. I like it, Only thing I could say is, having the power of protection from 4 colors for 4 Mana, which isn't too hard to do with a good mana base is pretty damn powerfull. Not saying it's OP but it just is powerful. And tribal is usually balanced but mixing them together might create loop holes, infinites not sure would have to look into it. But of course that would be the point of a card like this anyway, so bravo I think it's a hit.

    I really don't even know what to say about this one, I really think you should finish creating your idea before posting it. Seems like a cool idea, first ability reminds me of Wall of Blood. Seems like it it could be a really great combo piece with spells like Fling or Rite of Consumption. Of course with things like this you better have a Apostle's Blessing or something like it or a good Path to Exile will take you out along with lands and discards you used to pump this thing.

    What's the cost on this creature 1 blue? For one cost or even two cost, leaving the battlefield for drawing two cards is really powerful. With 1 cost instants like cloud shift and essence flux you could be drawing tons of cards while the opponent is only drawing a few. Helps that its legendary so you can't use spells like ghostly flicker on two copy's of the card, but still it's a powerful ability on its own already, I think if it was when it dies it that may be better, or maybe if you gave it shroud so you couldn't exploit it so easily, while still being able to be used with cards like ghostway. But if your going for a flicker deck, Mulldrifter is a nice similar option, that can be envoked for three and then manipulated with 1 cost spells like cloud shift for drawing a quick 4 cards and keeping a 2/2 flying on the battlefield, that can be manipulated again for drawing more cards. But there are some benefits of opponents drawing cards as well in certain decks,but it sounds like this card is going for more of an Dictate of Kruphix effect, basically getting something out there for cheap to get more cards drawn and everyone gets the benefit of it and that's where the flash comes in, to make sure your the first to get the benefit of the enchantment. After all said I think this card would be more appropriate if it were at least three cost and maybe the effect changed a bit, but good idea.

    Would be pretty sick as it is with just the damage ability. Pure red for grabbing a forest card is a little weird. I would say make it 2GR and make it a rare, but to each it's own, could be a really nice card.

    Seem's pretty powerful for a rush deck just other creatures gives a wide variety of creatures you could be sending at your opponent. Usually cards like this are tribal, maybe it should be changed to other human or soldier creatures you control have menace but then again there are cards like Ravos, Soultender, so I don't know, seems like it could be a good mythic rare to me. And the second ability seems to be worded fine and it is quite a nice ability could be very nasty in large numbers. Nice card.

    Even with discarding a card and sacrificing a permanent, untapping all creatures and all artifacts you control with a land is too powerful especially when the land doesn't even come in tapped. Even untapping one artifact or one creature with a land ability could be devastating with some powerful mana abilities that a lot of creatures and artifacts have, ex. Selvala, Heart of the Wilds, Thran Dynamo, this land is easily way too over powered, I would suggest rethinking on it. But overall interesting idea.

    On your 1. Yeah it doesn't have to be 5 colors, but why not and it would be a pretty cool commander with all colors.
    On your 2. Yeah that is obvious, that ability is only a added bonus for creatures and other cards you have that have already have flash.
    On your 3. The card isn't mean't to be the baddest creature out there it already have a some powerful abilities, so I just wanted it to be though enough to block some creatures with out dying and withstand a lightning bolt.

    Keep on keeping on: The name seems really off not appealing at all. Could be good for a gruul rush deck especially with hardened scales.

    Very interesting mana production. Green and Blue for the colors makes perfect sense. The mana cost is fair because there is no Guarantee you can use the colors that will be given to you or you will have spells you can play as an instant. Kinda like a Fellwar Stone but loads better since this also works with colorless mana and it does not. Would be awesome in group games. Looks like it could be a real card to me, good work.

    Points taken I will definitely rework the card.

    Gifts from the Grave - Feels like an enchantment but I see your trying to get something out there that can't be destroyed so easily. Could make it a like a leyline ability seems a little under powered "Reveal gifts from the grave from your opening hand, exile it then
    You get an emblem with: "Whenever you would draw a card, draw that card from the bottom of your library instead of from the top."
