Yes you're right, I didn't play blue, though one of the 17 Planeswalkers was Sarkhan Unbroken, playable with Oath of Nissa or Deploy the Gatewatch; I'm the same as you, can't resist Sarkhan. I played one copy of Kozilek, as an ultimate target for Nahiri, and managed to bring him out once with her. Also I should note I played 10 Oaths, of which 3 were Oath of Gideon and I found this powerful in setting up early blockers and more important giving my PWs a loyalty boost- really a big deal. One copy of Secure the Wastes helped too.
I love the deck! I played a 17 planes walker deck at Fnm last week, and went 3-0 including a bye. Mine is 4-color and uses Deploy the Gatewatch, which was an all-star. I played against UB Control and RU Fevered Visions. I think struggles more against aggro, but have been using 3 Radiant Flames. I use 4 Oath of Nissa - indispensable!
