I have a couple cards I wish to put into an edh deck that have metalcraft and I was curious about how many artifacts I should be running to consistently have metalcraft. I currently have 6 metalcraft cards in mind for the deck including Dispatch and Mox Opal. If it helps the deck is RWU
So I want to build two decks that has a King as a general of one and a Queen as the general of another, my only question is what characters with printed cards are Kings and Queens?
Before anyone asks: yes, I have already looked up all legends with king or queen in the name. I'm looking for characters who are royalty in lore, but not necessarily on paper (kinda like how Nekusar, the Mindrazer is a king in lore, but not card name)
I was checking some prices on singles I want to pick up and I noticed that Mox Diamond seriously jumped in price since I checked last week and I have no idea why. Did I miss something?
I have a Queen Marchesa control deck and I was looking through it, and it got me wondering: just how much removal is too much removal? What's considered an efficient number of removal cards?
So I'm looking for effects in W or artifact or lands that can make one or more opponents gain 1 or more life that can go into a WR edh. Any suggestions?

If this is the wrong place for this I apologize.
Edit: OH! I'd love to slap a Blade of Selves on him and go to town.
You would sacrifice one but still get both the original and 2nd copies trigger.
