Your list is suboptimal. Infinite lifegain won't win you the game. Cut the Soul Wardens and consider Altar of the Brood. More Kami would probably be good to hold off aggro. Indefinitely if you have out an Enduring Renewal.
You really need to run 4x Endless One and 4x Hangarback Walker. Redundancy is huge.
Dark Confidant is incredibly risky. Tutors are better here than card draw for the pure conbo veraion of the deck. Idyllic Tutor or Beseech the Queen should work. Making the mana work for BtQ with all of the dual lands available is a non-issue.
If you feel you need draw consider Night's Whisper or Sign in Blood. If you run the grindy version with the gods you might not need either because you should have eight copies of all of the cogs.
Mashing the two styles of this deck together is a terrible idea.
Tutors and Enduring Renewal or Enduring Renewal and the god.
If I counted right you are only running 22 lands. I wouldn't go below 23. You need to stick the turn four Enduring Renewal.
This deck probably isn't super competitive in Modern. To be honest it was just a fun project. You would be better off picking up a different combo deck.
The most reliable way to get to 50 life is to abuse the first ability of Aetherworks Reservoir. This list plays a lot like a storm deck. You play an Aetherworks Reservoir as early as possible then dump a hand of 0cc artifacts. Paradoxical Outcome helps you draw more fuel and play them all over again, more than netting you 50 life.
Cards for consideration:
Retract - It lets you reuse all of your 0cc artifacts for one mana. I think this should probably find its way into the list.
Reshape + Lotus Bloom - With all of the 0cc artifacts this package may prove useful.
Chromatic Sphere/ Chromatic Star + Etherium Sculptor - Mana fixing, card draw and it also makes Aetherworks Reservoir cost one less. If you play any one of these, I recommend the whole package.
Cranial Plating - This might make a good plan B. Huge Ornithopter can probably go the distance.
Salvage Titan - You'll definitely have him out early but he is kinda fragile. Use at your own risk.
Master of Etherium - He will be huge but the lack of evasion makes it questionable.
Decks would be built entirely around Perfect Transmutation. Excellent toolbox card.

Madcap Experiment has the potential to be Modern's version of Tinker.
Burrenton Forge Tender, Intervention Pact and Runed Halo are all great ways to circumvent the damage from Madcap Experiment and Intervention Pact actually gains you a decent chunk of life.
Since you cannot run any artifact acceleration Wild Cantor should be a consideration in addition to Simian Spirit Guide. You can also consider rituals for the potential to go off on turns 1-3 (Especially if you run both Manamorphose and Wild Cantor because you can use one to filter a mana for a Burrenton Forge Tender, which is my #2 pick behind Intervention Pact.)
Without tutors you're gonna need to dig for Madcap Experiment. Sleight of Hand, Serum Visions, Gitaxian Pribe, Peer Through Depths, Izzet Charm, Faithless Looting and Manamorphose should all help.
Maybe I'm crazy but I like the idea of running Summoner's Pact and Allosaurus Rider. With a dork to pay the upkeep cost of Summoner's Pact you can blow up all of their lands by dropping a Terrastodon on turn three. (Pact for Rider, Eldritch Rider into Terrastodon.) Against monocolor an early Iona is game over.
Summoner's Pact can also tutor up Bounding Krasis, which can go infinite with Kiki-Jiki.
Too bad removal is so damn solid. Turn two Platinum Angel would be hilarious if it wouldn't just eat a PtE or Dismember.
Please delete if someone else has already posted this. I couldn't find it.
This is a deck which seeks to bring out an Argentum Armor as soon as possible (As early as turn two thanks to Quest for the Holy Relic and 0cc creatures) and lock the opponent out of the game by destroying their lands while attacking for large amounts of damage.
Nearly everything in the deck has a form of evasion, so plan B is an all-out aerial assault. Even without Argentum Armor this deck is pretty fast. Note that it is possible to have a turn 1 5/5 with Ensoul Artifact as well.
Springleaf Drum - It's an artifact and it helps produce mana. I don't know what would come out for it. I'm afraid to go any lower on the lands.
Contested War Zone - Along with Signal Pest, this helps to pump your army of weenies if you don't see an Argentum Armor. It's another colorless land in a deck that likes to see WW though so be careful.
Batterskull - If you have a lot of red decks in your metagame this guy is for you. Stick it on an Ornithopter and go to town.
Elbrus, the Blinding Blade - Seems legit. A 1/1 split between this and Argentum Armor is acceptable. I prefer Argentum Armor because it allows you to lock out your opponent by blowing up lands.
Squadron Hawk - A steady stream of creatures to equip Argentum Armor to seems legit. Remember that with a Puresteel Paladin it is free and a Kor Outfitter can make do in a pinch.
Kor Duelist - Cheap creature that becomes a threat to be reckoned with once equipped. He doesn't have evasion but he can end the game in short order.
Gitaxian Probe + Street Wraith - I lump these together because the two together effectively let you run 52 cards instead of 60. If you run one, I recommend running both. I could never figure out how to make it work. Sure you have to pay life but you'll be ending the game very fast. Gitaxian Probe has the added bonus of letting you peek before popping a Quest.

Counter target spell unless it's controller pays X, where X is the converted mana cost of the spell or 4, whichever is greater.
I think Suicidal Tendencies would be great as a Final Punishment variant, substituting damage for life loss, of course.
Being multicolored you can get away with instant speed or a cheaper casting cost.

It is still VERY powerful. It might need an alternate cost that costs mana or requires you to pay life, sacrifice a creature or discard. 0 is just dangerous.
Dismember (4), Suicidal Tendencies (8). One more Suicidal Tendencies would be (16)...holy crap.
