copy enchantment
imprisoned in the moon

If I play copy enchantment as a copy of imprisoned in the moon and put it on progenitus (it doesn't target as a copy so I'm assuming I can put it on him)

would it fall right off?
Or would he become a colorless land?

To start off, I'm posting this from my phone due to a lack of a computer, so, apologies ahead of time for grammatical errors and all that jazz.

But anyway....

So my roommate and I have kind of taken a break from mtg and now we've decided to get back into it, we chose modern to try out first, mainly because i hate standard, and our budget isn't big enough for legacy.

My roommate built bant spirits, and I've been making a bunch of lists, and this is the one I came to that seems like it would have the most legs.



So the goal is to lock the opponent out of doing anything to me, then build an army of angels and kill them.

Helix pinnacle is in there for another way to win, cause I'm sure there will be some stubborn player out there who has infinite life, can't kill me, but won't concede.

So any ideas or opinions are more than welcome.

Thanks for the replies, I kind of though about d&t, but I passed on it.

I don't really like playing decks people are accustomed to seeing, and I kind of have a thing for glass cannon strategies. So if i would go more aggressive i would lean towards something like the kilnfiend combo

So I'm looking to get into modern, but I can't think of a deck I want to run.

I'm not looking for a tier 1 deck or anything, I'm looking for something fun to play that comes out of left field that no one is expecting. I play Cheerios in legacy of that gives you any idea.

Any ideas out there for something that's not going to break the bank?

One idea I have is:

Turbo fog w/ mazes end.
Do you think it would be able to stand up against the decks out there?

I'm at work right now, but I'll probably throw a list together and post it later for thoughts.

But any other ideas would be great

I'm a disgruntled employee. But you can call me whatever you like.

I used to come on the forums years ago, but I don't remember what I was called or my login, or anything of that sort.

But a little about me:

I started playing magic during exodus, and took a break a little bit after judgement. I did one draft during shards of alara but fell away again until return to ravnica came out and I've been playing ever since.

I'm mainly a limited player, I don't like standard to much due to the lack of diversity of the decks being played I never got into modern, but me and my roommate have been getting into legacy as of late, I'm making Cheerios.

For constructed, I'm more of a fringe player, I'd rather bring something to the table that no one is ready for.

I'm not super competitive, and I've only ever been to one large tournament. I went to gp Baltimore a few years back for Khan's sealed. Went 6-3, which I was proud of for being my first tournament. Also I got paired up against John Finkel which was a big thing for me. Ended up going 1-2, we were a backup feature match, and they didn't show the game I won

But anyways, that's it for now.
