Hey Guys, my local game store does this format called Bag Legacy, all legacy legal cards can be used but your deck cannot cost more than 10 dollars(basic lands not included), they use starcitygames.com to price check, this is my Mono Black Devotion list for the format, it's been doing ok but i know there is always room for improvement, what u guys think ?
