My personal favorite that I built an edh deck around is Noyan Dar, Roil Shaper + Conteseted War Zone + Mirrorweave. All other creatures become Contested War Zone's that are no longer creatures until end of turn, attack and take all of the war zone's eot the go back to being their original cards

I don't think this works how you want it to. Noyan Dar, Roil Shaper would turn your Contested War Zone into a 0/0 creature with three +1/+1 counters on it. If you then Mirrorweave it, all other creatures will turn into 0/0 Contested War Zones and then instantly die when state based effects are checked. They don't stop being creatures because they don't have any plus counters on them.

It still wipes the board of any creatures w/o +1/+1 counters, so it's useful in that regard, but it has the same effect as if you had just used any modular creature (Arcbound Ravager).

"When copying an object, the copy acquires the copiable values of the original object’s characteristics and, for an object on the stack, choices made when casting or activating it (mode, targets, the value of X, whether it was kicked, how it will affect multiple targets, and so on). The “copiable values” are the values derived from the text printed on the object (that text being name, mana cost, color indicator, card type, subtype, supertype, rules text, power, toughness, and/or loyalty), as modified by other copy effects, by its face- down status, and by “as . . . enters the battlefield” and “as . . . is turned face up” abilities that set power and toughness (and may also set additional characteristics). Other effects (including type-changing and text-changing effects), status, and counters are not copied."

It only copies the card not any changes the boardstate has made to it, I've talked to multiple judges to make sure the ruling worked how I think it does.

Yeah that's kinda what I gather from Dark Intimations, Bolas ****s up whatever Tezzeret is doing (hopefully it's a I may have loss this battle but I have not lost the war situation) and that leads us into the next block

So, what is Tezzeret up to? Serving Bolas, or attempting to break away from him? It seems most people here seem to want to ignore that Test of Metal every happened (I'm not going to object), but perhaps Tezzeret and the Phyrexians reached some other kind of understanding?

I'm guessing based on the last story and him wanting to transport gearhulk's plus sized object, the planar bridge, Tezzeret "the Schemer", dark intimidation card and us going to a nicol bolas plane next that Tezz is going to attack Bolas with this robotic army he has built up from Kaladesh

Found on reddit, apparently originally from twitter haven't seen anything about either of these posted anywhere on here yet is anyone able to read the text?

Edit: "I see that together we're more powerful than we are alone. If that means I can do what needs to be done without relying on the Chain Veil, then I'll keep watch. Happy now?" ~Liliana Vess

Hijacking the thread. This is now the Innistrad Art Book Thread.
