Todd is of course correct that you can't cast Killing Glare on your own Battlefield Thaumaturge for only B if it has 2 power, but you can cast Killing Glare for 1B on your Thaumaturge and trigger the heroic ability. This won't stop the Killing Glare from destroying the Thaumaturge though if you control both of them, so it's probably not a great idea. I suppose you can destroy the Thaumaturge in response to an opponent's spell or ability that is only targeting the Thaumaturge to counter that spell or ability, but it's not the hexproof that would matter, the Thaumaturge would just be destroyed and thus become an illegal target that way.
If an op targets Thaumaturge with a spell and you respond with your own kill spell targeting him, heroic goes on the stack and then resolves before the two spells making him hexproof when the other two spells try to resolve: they will find an invalid target and both will fizzle. If you try to kill your own Thaumaturge with Killing Glare for 2, it will not work. (Just like casting a kill spell at your own Reaper of the Wilds and activating its hexproof in response, pretty much.)
Hexproof is not Shroud, so your Thaumaturge will be quite dead, as YOUR kill spell will resolve first and kill it, then your opponent's kill spell will fizzle.
Of course. Nothing on the card says you can only cast it before (or after, or during) combat, so playing it in your second main phase is perfectly fine.
The Kavu NEEDS to be in play (meaning it has resolved) for its ability (to deal 4) to go on the stack. The Kavu itself is a creature spell, and does not require a target when cast.
Removing the target in response will only have the ability countered.
Right, but Artisan's Heroic trigger will resolve BEFORE Voyage's End, changing into Nylea (without the proper devotion). Now since it's not a creature anymore, I'm wondering if Voyage's End will still return it, or will it be countered on resolution.
* An ability that triggers when a creature becomes monstrous won’t trigger if that creature isn’t on the battlefield when its monstrosity ability resolves.
I'm a little (ok, very) baffled as why Polukranos can still deal damage after it's sacced to Greater Good. Can someone enlighten me please?

Curse of the Swine and Gild for blue and black. Now red, on the other hand...

I'm not sure if I need to return the Artisan/Nylea.

So.
I control Artisan of Forms and my opponent controls, say, a Nylea, God of the Hunt with enough devotion.
Now I cast Journey's End, targeting the Artisan, having the Heroic ability copy Nylea.
What happens now?
Will I get to scry?
Will I return Artisan to my hand?
Thanks in advance.
