If I cast a declaration in stone on a thunderbreak regent and he has 3 thunderbreak a in play, how much total damage am I taking? Please help me on this this I've been getting mixed rulings from judges. One judge says 3 damage only, the other says 9 total.
The judge that says 3 damage only said that was the case because I'm not targeting all 3 and the triggers only go off on itself and different other named dragons. He said it wouldn't how many thunder break regents are out.
The other judge that ruled it 9 damage total said it was because I'm only targeting one, but, all the other thunderbreak triggers happen at once.

Which one is right and why? Thanks
