My preferred opener is UR into a maximum of BBB and hitting domain by 8. I usually try to maintain two blue sources in play or hand until I make my 4CC, because of the bounce effects on theMasters. Yes, it sucks that Sundering Titan gives you the business, but it's not always the be-all end-all; you can still win with existing fliers if your opponent bricks.
There are a heck of a lot of BBB activations and upkeeps, so I try to hit it by turn six (Demonic Hordes lock isn't good or bad, per se). Being able to activate things like Helldozer and Kalitas, Bloodchief of Ghet really allow you to just upend games in your favor.
As for the Elder Dragons, they still pack a punch as 7/7 fliers with technical upside (the worst is probably Nicol Bolas because hands are usually empty at this point, followed by Chromium). Vaevictis Asmadi usually leads the pack in flexible firebreathing. I usually want to domain up for those types of cards anyways.
Confirmed. As expected, the deck's mana is not so good. Plus, I got smacked for not adding basic lands to the sideboard (herpderp sorry guys on my team).
That being said, we have Aethersnipe and Saltfield Recluse, with Take Possession a distant third. Tempo plays are pretty big game, and while Saltfield Recluse is pretty strong, I think we can work towards solidifying our blue (and heck, we can be UGx Domain from here if possible).
I actually don't--a lot of it boils down to the couple of GPs I've day 2'd and voiced my complaints about the prize payout versus attendance. When you consider the fact that people who X-4'd with average breakers probably missed top 64 in Charlotte, it really boils down to a restructuring of things.
Should I find any documentation, I'll edit my post.
EDIT: I think the basic argument one of my grinder friends gave me was that because there are cash payouts, if you start scaling the payouts based on what's taken in, it gets closer to gambling than a tournament of skill (obviously stretched, because there are some elements of luck).
Scaling the prize payout based on attendance can run afoul of gambling laws, so the prize structure enforced by WotC has to remain constant, regardless of attendance. Frustrating, but necessary.

Also, in the future, please post an explanation with your card of choice. Further posts with just cards will be tagged appropriately.
Vote: Bonesplitter.
Other notable options: Stir the Pride, Latchkey Faerie (we have all these Fae/changelings), Lightning Helix (splash and go deep).
Probably a damp and dank thought to consider milling.
I'm pretty sure we're not going super-deep with Lotus Bloom.
Bant-based Domain is open!
