If it's aggro it needs to kill turn 4 at least to be "good". Now if you want to have fun with it it looks fine. I suggest you cut bone splinters, impact tremors and foul-tongue-shriek. Terminate is a good idea, maybe K-Command for good value. ANother good suggestion is some sort of t1 discard, like Inquisition of Kozilek and Thoughtseize. Also the manabase needs work, I suggest 4x Bloodstained Mire, 4x Blood Crypt, 4x Blackcleave Cliffs with no guildgate for starts. For your Sideboard grab 4x Blood Moons, many free wins. Honestly if Minotaurs isn't the tribe for you to win even an FNM class modern event but I hope I made some good suggestions for you.

I'm surprised that the primer doesn't make a mention of LIngering Souls, possible the best WB card in modern. It isn't the best card for out specific gameplan but so many decks are cold to it, like infect, affinity and Jund (without pulse). I think it is worthy of consideration

Honestly this is already very close to zoo, the main extra cards you have are Lava Spike and Rift Bolt. My suggestions to replace them are: Nacatl #4, Eidolon #4, Kird Ape, Loam Lion
and Rancor. Future development would include the 10$+ Knight of the Reliquary. Kird Ape/Loam Lion is only about a 1$ each and are solid beaters for 1 mana and benefit from the same lands as Nacatl. Some older variants played Rancor since it avoids most of the 2:1 of auras, give 2 power and trample for 1 mana, the trample is especially good against Lingering Souls decks which are typically good against you. Completing those playsets have obvious good value. Knight of the Reliquary can get huge with your 9 fetchlands and is probably the best big beater after Goyf. I hope this helps

    Deck Overview
The goal of this deck is to keep enough control of the board and grind card advantage to win the game off of a Darksteel Reactor (over 20 turns). It uses the Hawks - Elixir combo to get extra cards and creates EE/Capsule loops with Academy Ruins. It also has a few silver bullets it can grab with Trinket Mage (including Elixir) and has additional grinding value with Reassembling Skeletons. Furthermore we can improve the quality of our library by Delving away bad cards (like fetchlands) and then cracking and elixir.

I'm looking for just general critique, suggestions for sideboard and other improvements that could be made.

I didn't even look at Pieces of the Puzzle, great tech. I think you should move to a more colorless build. Spatial Contortion offers removal for a surprising amount of the format. Also this opens up Eldrazi finishers which can be very strong. Tap spells are heavy tempo loss, more bounce would be better. Same thing with Hydrolash. Negates and Horribly Awry should be played since they deal with so much of the format. Almost every creature is CMC 4 or less (basically Avacyn is all you have to worry about) and negate tops planeswalkers and powerful enchantments. You should play more than 24 lands as you need to get to 7 mana at least, I suggest a playset of Blighted Cataract and Mage Ring Network, their cheap and you can afford less islands. Once epiphany gets to 4 it hits almost every creature in the set.
