Imo this is a bit too strong at 2. Given that it can give multiple creatures +3/+3, I think this should cost three at least, despite being a bit restricted with the keyword ability requirements.
Christopher Columbus, Explorer of Worlds2WU
Planeswalker - Columbus
+1: Create a Gold artifact token with "Sacrifice this artifact. Add one mana of any color to your mana pool."
-X: Search your library for half of X, rounded up, amount of basic lands, reveal them, then put them on the battlefield tapped. Shuffle your library afterwards.
-10: Christopher Columbus becomes a 5/5 legendary creature with Hexproof, Indestructible, Vigiliance, and "When this creature attacks, you may have target opponent reveal their library. If they do, shuffle it afterwards."
4
My main concern is the first ability, as while it is flavorful with the history, I can see it being broken. Comments?
This is certainly a way to stop momentum and combat effects, but what I think here is the Trample/Haste won't be used at all. 2 power Is pretty weak for 5 mana, and you'd much rather keep it for the forbidding effect (assuming that you have built your deck to use limited instants). On the other hand, this might be a good way to guarantee a certain kill if you have a sorcery that makes two creatures fight each other.
Xerox, Master Clone4UU
Planeswalker - Xerox
+1: Create a 1/1 Clone token. Destroy it at the beginning of your endstep.
-3: Xerox, Master Clone becomes a copy of a creature on the battlefield and gains "If this creature would die this turn, return it to the battlefield the next upkeep."
-10: You gain an emblem with "Whenever a permanent enters the battlefield under your control, you may create a copy of that permanent."
4
This is quite a smooth and effective card, especially compared to standard draw spells like Divination. Make it rare and I think you'll be fine.
Houdini, the Sneaky MagicianUUU
Legendary Creature - Human
Unblockable
When Houdini enters the battlefield or does combat damage to a player, draw a card.
Whenever you would draw a card, you may instead pick a card at random from anywhere in the deck. UU: Return Houdini to your hand.
2/2
Way too powerful in my opinion. If you give this guy something as simple as flying with Aerial Maneuver,Jump, or some other effect you could potentially cast any creature you want onto the battlefield, granted you can find it. The 4/5 for 4cmc is not too shabby either.
Neil Armstrong, Conqueror of the Moon3W
Legendary Creature - Human
Neil Armstrong is unblockable.
Hexproof
If a card with the word "Moon" enters the battlefield, you may exile it instead. t4: Exile Neil Armstrong and put 3 time counters on it. It gains Suspend and "When this creature comes in from exile you gain an emblem with 'Humans you control have hexproof and are unblockable.
4/4 That's one small step for man, one giant leap for mankind.
Comments? Moon clause is a bit weird but I want to still have it.
The card is very elegant in the terms that it can do all it wants by itself, but I think the 13 life cost is a bit too hefty. Yes there are a bunch of lifelink vampires to help you nullify the effect, but assuming you're trying to get the sacrifice clause you won't be using these lifelinkers very much. You would rather tutor these creatures than use this card for the search effect.
Joseph Stalin, Master of Terror2BB
Legendary Creature - Human
When a creature with higher power than Joseph Stalin enters the battlefield, exile it.
When a creature is exiled through Joseph Stalin, put a +1/+1 counter on Joseph Stalin. 1BB: Create five 1/1 Human Soldier tokens.
2/2
I think the Suspend number and cost in Grand Summoning can very quickly become broken granted the last clause, especially in multiplayer. The non-suspend cost and suspend cost also feels wildly different. The idea is fine, but a few costs I think need reworking.
Another duo similar do my Mount Everest climbers one:
EDIT: Forgot to specify that the artifacts are noncreature. Also edited some costs.
Wilbur Wright, Ambitious Inventor2WWW
Legendary Creature - Human
When Wilbur Wright enters the battlefield, place a noncreature artifact card from your hand to the battlefield.
Artifacts you control cost 1 less to cast.
2/2
Orville Wright, Tinkerer3WW
Legendary Creature - Human
When Orville Wright enters the battlefield, search your deck for a noncreature artifact card and put it in your hand.
Artifacts you control cost 1 less to cast.
If you have a card named Wilbur Wright, Ambitious Inventor on the battlefield, you may sacrifice Orville and Wilbur. If you do, put a card named Wright Brothers, Masters of Flight from outside the game onto the battlefield.
2/2
Wright Brothers, Masters of Flight
Legendary Creature - Human This card can't be cast normally.
Flying
Vehicles you control cost 3 less to cast. 4WWW: You gain an emblem with "Human creatures you control gain flying."
If Wright Brothers would leave the battlefield, you may pay 3WW. If you do, put cards named Orville and Wilbur from your graveyard to the battlefield.
5/5
The contrast of color and usage to this and Doran is really nice. The only consideration might be to lower its toughness as 7 is pretty high for 3cmc with other additional effects.
Non-historical card. Cheap Elixir1WW
Enchantment
At the beginning of your upkeep, you gain 5 life.
At the beginning of your endstep, if you have 30 or more life, sacrifice Cheap Elixir. Your life total becomes 5. Too good to be true.
The idea here is to use red damage spells, creatures that hurt you when they attack, and painlands to control your life total. These numbers feel wildly off to me, so I would like to hear some suggestions.
Eurgh, no-one is going to run Unstoppable Duo. It's a dead draw unless you happen to have both of the othwr two cards out, and especially good luck in Limited. Maybe make it fetch from outside of the game?
That said, once you do get the two out you're almost garunteed the win, because sacrificing is part of they cost (may need an "if you do") and thus can't be interrupted, and Unstoppable Duo is a hexproof 7 damage (at least) each turn, and with Lifelink that's a 14 point swing!
I should have done that to begin with, but the thing is when you bring cards from outside the game it often reveals to your opponent what you're running and what type of playstyle they should expect. I changed it right now but I wish there was a way to hide the cards. Perhaps a double sided card where the card flips to make one giant card?
As for Violent Ragebeast, I'm a sucker for Suspend because it allows for some much more strategy. I feel this card is a bit vanilla, as a 5/5 with trample on turn 6 isn't too crazy.
Deborah, Prophetess2WU
Legendary Creature - Human
Vigilance
When Deborah, Prohetess enters the battlefield, you may search for a card in your library and reveal it. If you do, put it in your hand and shuffle your deck afterwards. 1U: Scry 1
1/4
I like it. It's a short and sweet effect which isn't too broken because it's a sorcery.
EDIT: Got sniped by magac. Consuming Embers feels super strategic and calculated, which feels distinctly blue (maybe make the suspend cost RU?) I really like the design of this.
EDIT 2: Made Unstoppable Duo get fetched from outside the game.
3 card combo next:
Tenzing Norgay, Relentless Explorer2WU
Legendary Creature - Human
Plainswalk, Mountainwalk
If you have a card named Edmund Hillary, Expert Mountaineer on the battlefield, you may sacrifice both creatures. If you do, put a card named Edmund and Tenzing, Unstoppable Duo from outside the game onto the battlefield.
3/3
Edmund Hillary, Expert Mountaineer2WU
Legendary Creature - Human
Islandwalk, Mountainwalk
3/3
Edmund and Tenzing, Unstoppable Duo
Legendary Creature - Human Edmund and Tenzing, Unstoppable Duo can't be cast normally.
Lifelink, Vigilance, Hexproof
Edmund and Tenzing are unblockable.
If Edmund and Tenzing leave the battlefield, you may pay 5WW. If you do, return Edmund and Tenzing, Unstoppable Duo, Edmund Hillary, Expert Mountaineer, and Tenzing Norway, Relentless Explorer to your hand.
7/7
The first two to climb Mount Everest. I wanted to make a double sided card but then I realized that double-sided cards don't behave the same as this format. Comments? I have no idea how strong or weak this is.
Pyre Worshipper has a wonderful flavor. I could see me using this in a Goblin/Elemental tribal deck.
Vladimir Lenin, the Rebellious One2BR
Legendary Creature - Human
When Vladimir attacks, exile it. Return it to the battlefield at your next upkeep. BR: Creatures you control become 3/3 until end of turn.
If Vladimir deals damage to a planeswalker, exile that planeswalker.
3/3
Too complicated? Tried to capture some of the major events but decided it was too heavy and lightened it up significantly.
The only problem with this is there isn't enough planeswalkers anywhere for this to be used effectively. This could go for two, and for more of a stretch one.
Christmas Truce of 19141UU
Sorcery
Players can't attack their next turn.
Each player draws an additional card their next turn.
More historic cards...trying to make them simpler yet still have good flavor. Comments?
As others before me have sad, this card exists only to encourage cheating. Perhaps that wasn't your intent, but with the name as it is, I can only surmise that you knew this wen you wrote the text. Theoretically players shouldn't reorganize their library when they search it for any reason, but we all know that's not the case. The shuffle exists to ensure that a player can't just favorably reorganize their library whenever they use their fetchlands.
I would also to point out that this would be played even without the shuffle-negation, since it's ridiculously efficient card draw. Have you seen Jayemdae Tome? Look at the costs you've given this compared to that card.
My phrase "Come up with combos for me!" was supposed to signify it was a joke. I probably should have called it an un-card or something. It was inspired by my friend, who used a false shuffle once to win a friendly local tournament and used it all the time in casual play against me. Silly guy.
Dustclaw Rider is interesting but I feel it's too weak for the cost. You either get a vanilla 2/2 and 3/3 or one 5/5 for 5. Beast Rider is still a bit too complicated for my taste (perhaps because the flavor tries too hard) but it seems manageable.
Next, a calmer card:
Triangle Shirtwaist Factory5
Artifact - Vehicle
Flying
At the beginning of your upkeep, put a cloth token on Triangle Shirtwaist Factory. Then, add 1 to your mana pool for each cloth token on Triangle Shirtwaist Factory.
Red spells deal 1 more damage to Triangle Shirtwaist Factory for each cloth token on Triangle Shirtwaist Factory.
Crew 3

It's a powerful effect but I think it's a little too overcosted at 5cmc. Really like the design.
Demonico, Harbinger of Hell2RB
Planeswalker - Demonico
+1: Create a 1/1 Demon token with first strike
-3: Does 4 damage to target creature or player. This damage can't be prevented or redirected.
