    Skyship Hijacker 2U
    Creature - Human Pirate
Swindle 5U (You may cast this spell for its swindle cost. If you do, it enters the battlefield with a bounty counter on it.)
Skyship Hijacker gets +2/+2 and has flying as long as it has a bounty counter on it.
    2/3

I saw this and for whatever reason Jack Sparrow popped in my head

Well, then, I confess, it is my intention to commandeer one of these ships, pick up a crew in Tortuga, raid, pillage, plunder and otherwise pilfer my weasely black guts out.

Tossing a coin to see who starts is not the same (the coin toss don't change the structure of the team). And please note sport fans do place bets on who wins the coin toss.

MtG is 100% a game of luck, or fortune if you would prefer a different word. That meets the definition of gambling.

Skill can, and does, reduce the amount of (or effect of) luck/fortune on the game, but it never eliminates it, unless there is cheating involved.

    So true Smile

Yes you can bet on the coin flip. There are 100 crazy bets you can make on the Super Bowl and who wins the coin flips is one.

He is link for an article saying a Federal Judge rules Poker is not a game of luck but of skill.

When they have Video Game tournaments (like StarCraft, etc) do they know the map ahead of time or it random/unknown?

posted a message on What type of theme/setting do you wish MTG would do for a future block? ( one that doesn't already exist in the lore, I mean)
I just want a dinosaur block.

This with like Muraganda Petroglyphs & Imperiosaur
It would be nice to have no 'society'/ 'civilization' too. Have world where the most intelligent race are goblins or cavemen such. One step up from 'wild' animals. You could have planes walkers stumble across it and treat it as some kind of game preserve where they visit it but are sort of a vacation spot/down time. Or have some deranged hermit planeswalker defending it trying to protect from the other planeswalkers so they won't dispoil it of it's natural beauty.

posted a message on Fall 2015 is Return to Zendikar, 100%.
I will say that at least the "Zendikar is the next set!!!!" is more interesting then the "next set will include the 6th color purple!!" that seemed to proceed every set for a long time

The problem is that it still doesn't do anything, and it's still in Pillar range for a full turn before you get a chance to evolve it.

It is a 2/3 that can safely block 2/x aggro dudes racing at your face until you get enough counters on it to drop your bomb you are ramping for. Certainly nothing outstanding or anything but it stall better then your 1/1 mana dork if you are trying to go more mid rangey. It may have it's place in in some decks, just not as a tradition 'ramp' dork. It can help early game against aggro better then a normal 1/1 can.

posted a message on The Hobbit...THREE Films?
It's was my understanding that The Hobbit (the book) would be mostly told in the first two movies with the third one comprised of notes and footnotes of books/Tolkien to act as a bridge so that theoretically you could watch all 6 movies and they would flow together.
On a personal note I've just about given up on taking movies review for anything. Wasy too many people over think/critize moviee that should be taken as entertainment and then there are plenty of movies that get great review that just don't appeal to me so I'll reserve judgement until I actually see the movies.
