If you're playing Jund, I've written up a few tournament reports from a PTQ and 2 GPTs, with complete decklists over at the Jund Primer.
And if I didn't stress it enough there, Jund Charm is your Ace in the hole. Good lord, is it good.

Shinriko posted a message on Romney's healthcare duplicity.State Vs Federal Government is actually a very big distinction with conservatives.Posted in: Debate
Romney did use the Line Item Veto on parts of "Romney care" his veto was overrode. Not sure what else he could have done. Folks do want a President who is willing to work with the other party right?
As for the tax issue, it was the President who campaigned on the promise of not raising taxes on folks making less then 250K a year. If he broke the promise then the topic is fair game.

The Extinguisher posted a message on Online vs real magicIf you want to play Magic online, you have to stop thinking about it as "not real Magic". Because it is. It's a different way to play Magic, but it's still very much real.Posted in: Magic General
I find it lots of fun to be able to play whenever I want, especially with an erratic work schedule. -

lone gentleman posted a message on Let's make Community Issues a private subforum!Edit: I already got the explanation that satisfied me http://forums.mtgsalvation.com/showpost.php?p=8596831&postcount=1446Posted in: Community Discussion
Sorry for the confusion, now I see that it's impossible. Please lock this. It was a bad idea.
I very value the reputation of this forum. I very value the reputation of other people and my own reputation. I always thought that it might be a good idea to make Community Issues a private subforum. Indeed, why do the guests need to know what is going on here? They can always watch the newly spoiled cards in the Rumor Mill. They can see Rules in Magic Rules subforum. If they are interested in Magic Storylline they can always view it. But Community Issues... Isn't it's something that regards only us, members of this site? Why do other people should know what happened in Community and what did this or that user? What do you think about making Community Issues private? -

LandBoySteve posted a message on M13- Worst core set?I don't know how long you've been playing but if you think this is the worst core set ever, you obviously haven't been playing very long. It's not. In fact, there are a number of very good cards in it.Posted in: Magic General
Having said that, core sets are what they are. They're beginner sets and are not going to set the world on fire. I think people are a little spoiled from M11 and M12 because of the titans. But most core sets do not have cards that powerful.
Go back throughout history and take a look at past core sets and you'll see what I mean. In comparison, M13 isn't that bad. Is it great? Of course not. It's not supposed to be. It's a core set. But worst ever? Not even close. - To post a comment, please login or register a new account.

PT RtR is Modern, Qualifiers for PT "Sinker" are Modern, PT "Friends" is Modern.
Looks like they want this schedule:
Sealed, Modern, Standard -> Feeding PT's Standard, Block, Modern
Here is the TLDR Version:
PTQs for Pro Tour "Sinker" begin December 22 and will be Modern.

I should add that Late October/Early November has traditionally been the best time to buy back your "rotated" standard cards.

That is epic. Props to you and props to this LGS for thinking outside the box.
