If there is anything I can do to improve this post please let me know.
I am running Breya as an alternative to Sydri, which opens up red for me.
I know of Nim Deathmantle and Eldrazi Displacer already. I am not looking for a specific card but rather one that either blinks, or returns an artifact and or creature to the battle field from the graveyard. or in the case of nim, on the way to the graveyard. This has to cost 4 or less mana to do, and needs to be a permanent. If any of you know of Something that fulfills this, as well as has no green in it's color identity.
Time Sieve and Thopter Assembly is the best one I have ever seen, it is repeatable and you only pay 8 mana total once, assuming you can protect it, in esper artifact commander I would recommend Leonin Abunas and Lightning Grieves, also Darksteel Forge.
i don't know if anyone mentioned, but mana Confluence is better than City of Brass as the pain is in the tap ability, if brass is tapped by an effect you take pain, if Confluence is you won't. Mana Confluence is like a functional reprint with a strict upgrade.
