I just don't think he's from Ixalan. His apparel and the architecture in the back just don't look like what we've seen so far.
The branding and bounty Hunter vibe give me the feeling he's from some sort of Wild West World. I could be waaaay off though.

Why would Tamiyo suddenly get WG, or Nissa get U because creative needed her too/balance/story reasons/or even the game needs more 3 color walkers.
Yeah but her being face of a set is a more likely means they locked her in and don't need to find ways to fill in her colors. Also outside of three color sets, wizards don't like to do three colors walkers since the walker is then harder to play.
As for reasons why Vraska could pick up blue, well she's a pirate captain now. If pirates lean heavily into blue then that could be factor.
Gideon also helped out the Boros and is still mono-white and Liliana was a healer in her youth and still mono-black. If Vraska is just using them to reach her goals that still is black.
I think her tendency to archive trophies in a museum seems very U or UB.
How so? It seems more like an ego thing since its not like she studying them, more of an art gallery than a museums.

Yep. The eternals are super relevant to the story. If by now someone can't recognize that some (most?) major plot advancements in the story articles will be known before they happen (due to the nature of preview season), then that's your own fault. Calling the unleashing of the eternals and the reaction of the actual denizens of the plane irrelevant is quite simply a mistake. It's always important to know how the actual world is experiencing the story that the main players are interwoven in. By the way, they're also the entire reason Nicol Bolas set this whole thing up, remember?

You keep saying that, but you still haven't answered the question of where you got that information.
EDH rec has most popular tribes as: Zombies, Goblins, Elves, Dragon, Sliver then Vampire. At time of writing the difference is about 600 decks difference or a ratio of 1.5/1 zombies to vampire decks.
Eldrazi could easily be done for colourless or better yet a 5c Devoid to enable you to play all of the sweet ones with a colour identity from BFZ.
Acually 5-C Eldrazi did get Ramos as a commander, who while not fully "Tribal." he hits the things that Eldrazi Tribal really wants.
5-C Identity for all the fun devoid hax..and when Ramos goes off he gets you near pretty much every playable Titan.
We are not getting Eldrazi for, as I mentioned elsewhere, two very specific reasons: There are three named eldrazi, each of them are entirely colorless in both CC and identity. 2. Eldrazi are notoriously unfun to play against.
