Hello all! I was wondering, if I cast Gonti, Lord of Luxury, and exile one of my opponents creatures from their deck, will Rakdos, Lord of Riots reduce their casting cost when I cast it from exile? Also, if the answer is yes, can I bypass the colored mana symbols when I am casting my opponents creatures? For example, if I exile Avacyn, Angel of Hope from my opponents' deck, and I dealt 8 damage in all, can I cast her for free?

Hmm, ok in the future I think I will just let the game end. Honestly, I thought I was being "polite" so that the other 2 opponents had a chance. Thanks for your guys' opinions
There was another similar case which also happened the same day. I was playing Athreos, God of Passage while I had a sacrifice outlet and Deathrender. My opponent was at 2 life, so I could infinitely sacrifice my Gray Merchant of Asphodel which was equipped with said Deathrender by stacking the trigger properly. So he was put into a similar, not not exact situation of, "concede, or everyone else loses" He defiantly didn't concede, allowing me to win the game. Was that the right thing to do?
So, I was playing a Commander game of Magic today, and this situation came up, and I was wondering what everyone's opinion on the matter is.
I had 10,000 wolves on the battlefield, and another player cast Insurrection. No one had any responses, so instead of ending the game there I conceded so all the wolves would be removed from the game with me. My opponent said that was an unsporting action which only prolongs the game by not letting him win on the spot.
So, should I have let him kill us all, or let my other friends have a chance against him?
