So Black Vice has been a long time favorite card of mine. I've been out of the MTG Scene for a little while here and getting back in I've noticed that it has been unbanned. Now I don't expect to magically make Black Vise a T1 deck. Most would agree that in the current Legacy of the new age (MTG in a whole is a lot faster than it used to be), Vise just may not cut it now days. But I want to attempt to make a solid U/B Vise deck that is a control/tempo style. As I said, I don't expect it to be a T1 deck, but maybe have some fun with it, and with any luck, make it decent enough to be a fringe competitive-ish deck.
Obviously the deck is a tempo/controllish style. Looks to get out Vice/Delver/Master for getting your damage in. Dark Confidant provides draw. From there Sinkhole/Stifle/Wasteland will ideally hit your opponents lands early leaving cards in their hand and attempting to catch up. Master of the feast as a fast dropping fatty, that also synergizes with Vise. Counter Magic suite is designed to keep cards in your opponents hand (I know this can be quite dangerous in Legacy, but obviously synergizes with Vise) as well as keep your hand full of counter magic as well.
Any suggestions and critique would be appreciated. As i said, I am not aiming for a (((Tier1 Deck))). But hoping it could perform well and just be a fun deck to bring to LGS Legacy Events.
